Clean and comfortable rooms. Staff were approachable and very helpful. Great location in downtown Toronto. Complimentary breakfast wasn't bad, there's also a lot of restaurants nearby to get breakfast elsewhere. Would stay here again.

Amazing breakfast buffet and very clean with friendly helpful staff.

Great location to explore downtown TO from, as it is part of the PATH underground mall, and fairly centrally located, not far from Union Station and the Rogers Centre. Staff were very helpful and available at all times to assist, answer questions, provide directions, offer complimentary water and coffee, etc. Our room was clean and quiet, and well outfitted - king-size bed, walk-in shower, and a Lavazza espresso machine! A unique and well-renovated building, with an interesting history and atmosphere, and very reasonable prices; what's not to love about this place? Will be our first pick for accommodations on our next visit to Toronto.
