「My son has gotten several bites on his body from an insect that caused red swollen spots on his skin, most likely the insect was in the hotel room specifically in his bed.」

「The front desk staff was very friendly. Unfortunately, when we were settled into our room and turn on the TV, we could get a single station to work. The TV guide showed "No Information" for every single channel. I informed the front desk through their text messaging, but the issue wasn't addressed. Additionally, we saw a couple of ants crawling on the night stand.」

「Staff were excellent at both check-in and check-out. Breakfast choices were modest, coffee was pretty good. Our room was convenient and spacious. Needs carpet cleaned to remove stains and bathroom needs to be re-caulked.」

「No big issues but was charged an extra $30 for having kids. Pool was freezing and no lights were on as it was getting dark. Walked by an hour later right before the pool closed and they were finally turned on. Next morning while eating breakfast the person running the front counter walked out the front door with a golf club and was gone for about 5-6 minutes before coming back with said golf club. Not really sure what that was about but it was enough that my family and another family gave...

「We have been pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness and comfort of this hotel. The room has quality mattresses, upscale pillows, bedding, and towels, and looks modern with newer furnishings and carpet. Everything has been remarkably clean and pleasant. I can highly recommend staying here, and we would be happy to come back again.」

「The staff was helpful but they seemed really unsupported by management. The hotel was totally slammed and the poor staff didnt have what they needed. At one point we didn’t have linens for the pullout bed and the front desk had no way of helping us aside from giving us a different room. The manager was either not on site or not available, and also unavailable by phone.」

「Beds were comfortable and water was hot. Those were the only positives. Other than that, the rooms and bathrooms were dirty. Staff was rude and beyond annoyed at basic requests like enough towels for the members of our party and putting out more very meger breakfast. Definitely skip this one.」

「We didn't stay because the pool was closed becausw the health department closed it and that was the whole reason for the room. The guy said he wouldn't check me in and the money would be refunded. That has yet to happen. Would not recommend.」
