“The hotel is perfectly located, with a great selection of restaurants nearby, and the Kuanzhai Alley subway station is just a few minutes’ walk away. What I want to praise most is the service attitude of all the hotel staff. Something happened to my friend, and the front desk responded to the crisis very quickly. The manager personally updated us on the situation within two hours. We truly felt respected and experienced sincere service. Upon entering the hotel, the scent of burning palo santo……

“Very nice stay at this little home feeling hotel. Staff are really helpful. Hotel has nice decoration that you can take photos. The front desk has some traditional clothes for us to wear to take some nice pictures. Two teenage girls had lots of fun dressing up like minority Zang people. Location is good, Walking distance to the night market and show. (15 to 20 minutes walk) Traffic is a little heavy at JiuZhaiGou, but it is normal during travel season. Only complain is wifi did not work as well……

“This a modern and clean hotel with no smoking. The front desk staff are so friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable, the room was spacious and the breakfast was amazing. The location is close to three different metro stations. We would ride our bikes into kuanzai alley and people park. We will defiantly be back :)”
