「The hotel had a restaurant which provided breakfast in our stay. You could also choose to have lunch and dinner. There was a bar within the facility. The rooms were spacious, very clean and comfortable. The staff are friendly and welcoming. The manager managed to keep us in the same room without being moved to another which was very accommodating, as we stayed for two nights. 」

「No food options, but was a room with microwave in you could heat some food in. Didnt bother me as we ate out anyway. Bed was very comfortable. We came back to the apartment at around 9pm. We watched a film on the tv (netflix already logged in), which was a very pleasent surprise. We had a beautiful view from the balcony. Was so nice to wake up to of a morning. 「The staffs are all very friendly, the areas around hotel are very safe, parking is easy just right to the hotel and we found everything we needed in our room. However, I think the hotel room is a bit dated and need a renovation. 」

「The hotel was v clean and nice and staff were friendly and efficient. We sometimes had to wait for the staff at the reception but overall I and my colleagues were satisfied with this hotel, v good service, thank you. 」

「very close to the Bristol airport, very convenient if you arrive late night no reception or staff there to server (but it is very OK, so price is cheaper than others), just arrive and you can get into your room, nice decor new room, suggest to install a shower curtain because the water makes the toilet all wet (beware of the goat, haha)」
