“Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Alles war hervorragend – die Zimmer waren sauber und komfortabel, das Essen war abwechslungsreich und lecker, und der Service war jederzeit freundlich und aufmerksam. Die gesamte Anlage war gepflegt und man hat sich vom ersten Tag an wohlgefühlt. Ein besonderes Lob möchten wir dem Animationsteam aussprechen. Vor allem Muhammed Ali und Tolunay haben mit ihrer freundlichen, professionellen und stets gut gelaunten Art unseren Urlaub noch……

“Property was well presented and modern. We had a family room with our 2 teenage boys. There were nice little extras in the room like free soft drinks, toiletries and slippers. The cleaners did a good job. The food was nice with lots of choice but it was pretty much the same every day. My son loved the desserts. We never had an issue with finding a table in the dining room. The pool area was relaxed and clean, initially there were no issues with getting a sunbed but in our last week they removed……

“My husband and I vacationed at this hotel on October 21-27, 2024. And from the very beginning, we were in for a lot of disappointments: 1) they checked us into a room with cigarette butts and the smell of cigarettes. 2) they changed the room, but now it had a broken toilet wrapped in red tape. 3) the website says that there is a choice between 4 a la carte restaurants, but in fact we came on the very first day and were told that there was no choice and they could only enroll us in a fish……
