「Einfach toll!」

「Food is average, sea is great but entrance to the water is full of big rocks so not good, staff at the reception is very rude, we had some issues with the room it was full of bugs and only after big argument with the reception they put us in the different room. Would not recommend this hotel and will not travel again.」

「Our 8th visit and still absolutely love it! ​We just returned from our 8th stay here, and it remains our absolute favorite holiday spot. The cleanliness of the resort is top-notch, the food is consistently excellent, and the staff are incredibly lovely and welcoming. ​Overall, the service is great. 「ich war das zweite mal im Side Prenses.Die Mitarbeiter (innen ) im Restaurant an der Beach Bar /Pool Bar sowie die Animateure sind absolute Spitze.Sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und vor allem immer ein lächeln für ihre Gäste.Das Essen war sehr Abwechslungsreich und lecker.Das Personal an der (Rezeption )sollte freundlicher und kommunikativer sein.」
