I loved the property and its location. The property was next to a small mall and was within walking distance to Pub street and the night market shops. The breakfast was very good along, the staff was very professional and courteous.

My room was cleaned everyday by the staff and the items we used were replaced. The entire staff greeted me and my wife everyday when entering and exiting the property. The supervisors were also great and advised me that if there was anything that i needed while i was there to let them know. Pub street was only a 10 minute walk from the hotel and there were othe resturants within walking distance. This is a great property to stay at and I will be staying there in the near future...

Great quiet hotel, next to the Royal Residence and around 15-20 minute walk from Pub Street! Staff were lovely & very friendly! Beautiful pool area after a busy day of sightseeing!

Wonderful City Hotel

A wonderful city hotel. Service is impeccable rooms are very spacious. Our twin room overlooked the street. If I had been staying here longer it would have been nicer to have a balcony over the pool courtyard area. Breakfast was excellent. Overall a great hotel highly recommended 👌

Amazing place. Lovely staff, beautiful breakfast. Really great value for money as well as an oasis close to everything. Bunpheng was great a helping us as well as all the other lovely staff on reception including the amazing breakfast staff. We have been to Siem Reap 8 times and This is by far the best place we have stayed. Thanks guys for a lovely time. We will be back 😀

Great, but more lighting would make it perfect

The hotel was wonderful. Great location. Good Breakfast Staff very friendly and accommodating. Only complaint: room lighting too dark. No matter how many lights I turned on, it was too dark both in room and bathroom. Need more powerful lighting. Then all would be perfect.

Great place me and my wife had a great time over there. There were many bad comments about it online but all of them were wrong. The people were super friendly and nice to us and they helped us in every way possible! the breakfast was very good and it is right next to a mall so it gives you a lot of options eat also. This place is right in the middle so you can go anywhere you want to. The staff is very friendly and nice and specially they will help you out if you ask them.

Positive: staff are friendly, helpful and very kind. Pool is clean and comfy loungers. Good AC in rooms. Negative: rooms are very dark, hotel is old grand style but not maintained (needs paint on outdoor furniture, none of the fountains are operational) Food in the restaurant is overpriced for the quality & that is probably why my husband & I were the only customers during the dinner service 7-9pm.

It’s a self proclaimed 5 star hotel. If you reset your expectations you’ll be fine. Raffles across the way is a 5 star hotel and the J7 is a 2 on that scale. But it’s cheap which is the first tell tale sign. Appears to be tailored towards Chinese tourists therefore ratings may vary between cultures. While the staff is quite nice, don’t expect any grand service. Asked for an extra key and was told it would be $10 if I didn’t return it. Breakfast is included but it you wanted a cappacino for example, there was charge. AC stopped working on our last night.

This is definitely not a 5*s hotel by Western standards. There are tons of observations - things that bothered me, but the worst was the service. Manager asked what was wrong (no toiletries in the room, only 2 bath towels - none for the jacuzzi I had) ... but did nothing to correct the situation. Pretended to talk to someone on her walkie talkie but in the end we were left with 30mg of body gel for 2 people for 2 days!!! Hilarious, right? Everything seemed to be negotiations with the folks at this hotel, you tip, you receive. No tip? No service.
