「We can't wait to return to this hotel, but with more time to spend there. If you want to go somewhere in Tuscany where you feel as a welcomed member of the family this is the place to be. The attention to detail is impeccable, the staff is extremely friendly and helpful, they make you feel at home which we really appreciated. 「The front desk service is wonderful of Il Chiostro del Carmine hotel. Max is so nice and gentle to us the breakfast is great and the room is so comfortable.」

「Camera molto pulita e silenziosa, c'è tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole.personale molto gentile e disponibile」

「Ho pernottato in questa struttura 3 notti, rimanendo molto soddisfatto. E' ubicato in una zona centrale ma al contempo tranquilla; ottima accoglienza e pulizia della camera. 」

「Chambre en plein cœur du centre historique donc très bien situé pour visiter Sienne. Il nous a été indiqué une rue à 10mn à pied pour se stationner gratuitement. La chambre se situé au 4e étage sans ascenseur. Pour nous pas de problème mais c'est bon à savoir. La chambre est équipée d'un ventilateur au plafond ce qui n'est pas mentionné dans l'annonce donc très bonne nouvelle à notre arrivée avec plus de 35 degrés dehors. Par contre assez bruyant, un bar juste en bas mais on ne peut pas...

「It's a very nice, new boutique hotel. Nice garden, nice and exquisite breakfast. Really enjoy it. Front desk speaks fluent English, provide good suggestions. It's located in a nice neighborhood, with many nice houses. There's a park and castle wall in opposite side, only 10 mins walk to the center spot.」

「Wonderful and friendly host Hamza went out of his way to be extremely helpful and welcoming to us. Can’t ask for a more convenient location in Siena and the room is impeccably clean! Highly recommend!」
