沒什麼可挑剔
位於禁區門前，自駕很方便，還有小哥代客泊車；步行5分鐘就可抵達西耶納市政廳，非常便利。早餐非常豐盛，甜點的種類比一般的酒店多，特別推薦他們家的義式手指餅乾，配上一杯expresso 是最好的組合。

Hotel Athena was a fabulous stay. The porperty is is absolutely wonderful. The staff was stellar from the moment we checked in until we checked out early with a breakfast to go. Highly recommend .

Situated at the entrance of the old town. Superb breakfast reasonably priced. Dining at the hotel restaurant was a fine experience after the long day's trip.

Hotel very convenient for sightseeing and in quiet location. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast included and there was a good range of buffet options.

Excelente opção em Siena
Hotel confortável, muito bem localizado. Atendimento amigável. Excelente café da manhã, quarto grande. Móveis um pouco velhos, mas nada que interfira no conforto.

Anni 70!!! Alcune zone (bar nella hall) chiuse, stanze con scarsa insonorizzazione e datate. Personale cortese ma non basta a sopperire alla sensazione di lenta decadenza della struttura. Inoltre la città stessa tolte le immediate, molto immediate, vicinanze di piazza del campo appare abbastanza abbandonata e morente.

Ci teniamo ad ascoltare attentamente le opinioni dei nostri ospiti al fine di migliorare costantemente la qualità dei nostri servizi.Ci dispiace che non abbia apprezzato la camera e la struttura interna in generale, considerando che su ogni sito abbiamo caricato delle foto recenti e veritiere.Inoltre, il bar che Lei segnala chiuso, in realtà è aperto tutti i giorni.Siamo molto dispiaciuti anche del fatto che di tutte le attrazioni riportate sulla mappa che Le è stata consegnata al check in abbia apprezzato solamente Piazza del Campo e le sue vicinanze, non il complesso museale del Duomo, la Pinacoteca, la Basilica di San Francesco, la Fortezza Medicea... (aperti e regolarmente visitabili)Chiaramente la bellezza di visitare Siena a Gennaio è anche il vedere le strade libere dalla massa di turisti che si riversa ogni anno nei periodi da Maggio a Settembre.Sperando di annoverarla presto tra i nostri graditi ospiti non esiti a contattarci direttamente per la miglior offerta disponibile, Hotel Athena

Esplêndido e memorável
Simplesmente incrível, não há críticas, apenas elogios. Destaque para a vista da janela para as montanhas e o café da manhã deslumbrante. Estacionamento incluso na estadia, dentro da propriedade e fora da ZTL. Esplêndido!!!

Hotel confortável
Hotel bem confortável, camas e banheiro bons. O atendimento também é bom. Só deixa a desejar, e muito, na comida e atendimento do restaurante para quem quer ou precisa almoçar ou jantar lá. Evitem, se puderem! A comida é ruim. Pedi uma massa com bacalhau e abobrinha. Não senti nenhum gosto do bacalhau e a abobrinha tinha gosto de vinagre. Os pratos dos outros da família também não estavam bons. Uma pena! Porém, o café da manhã é muito bom!

The dining options within a a few blocks radius was limited. You needed to walk a bit in order to have options. The hotel itself was fine, the rooms a bit small for an upgraded room, but clean with a helpful staff.

Soggiorno a Siena indimenticabile bellissimo
Abbiamo pernottato in una struttura bellissima situata all’interno delle mura di Siena a pochi passi dalla cattedrale di Siena, inoltre c’è anche anche il parcheggio gratuito incluso, tutto il personale è stato eccellente

Staff were polite and helpful. The hotel was clean. Close enough to centre of Sienna but others probably more central. Biigest issue was the initial room was like a mini prison cell and at.the price.paid against.others in the locality disappointing. We paid for an upgrade. This meant that the cost at this time of of year was above market and left.us feeling better value would have been an alternative hotel.

Regarding to our restaurant service, we find it very difficult to attribute the cause of your ill health to our food and drink, as regular and very strict checks are carried out to ensure that the rules on the serving of food are adhered to in every detail. This is proven by the fact that all the guests who used the breakfast and dinner service like YOU are fine and no one has shown any discomfort.
