This impeccably designed residence offers a unique and spacious layout, with the primary bedroom occupying its own private floor for the utmost in privacy and elegance.
As you enter, the living room, dining room, and kitchen seamlessly blend to create an open and inviting space. Expansive windows throughout reveal breathtaking views of the bay, casting a tranquil ambiance that permeates every corner. The gourmet kitchen, equipped with all the appliances you would ever need, is a haven for culinary enthusiasts and opens to the dining area, perfect for entertaining family and loved ones.

Ascend to the upper level, where the primary bedroom awaits, offering a sumptuous retreat with panoramic bay views. The primary bedroom has a spa-inspired bathroom with double vanities, and custom walk-in closet, and a breathtaking walk-in shower. The additional two bedrooms are located on the main level. The second bedroom has a king-size bed, a TV and plenty of closet space. The second bathroom has an updated vanity with a shower/tub combo. The third bedroom has bunk beds, and a queen-size bed with a TV.
