We loved our stay in Siesta Key. The location and property were more than we expected. A short half block walk to the beach access was wonderful. The unit being all on one floor was a blessing with an 86 year old Mom in the group. All the rooms were large and the heated pool was perfect for March 1st. The management staff response was off the charts. Anything we needed, they were johnny on the spot. We will definitely be going back.

We had a great week in siesta key with family and really enjoyed being a quick walk to the beach. I also especially liked the easy walking access to restaurants and stores. Having 3 bikes at the property was a wonderful plus.

We had a wonderful time at Casa Tegula. The place was beautiful with enough space for our family of 8 to spread out. The walk to the beach was very short and the drive to town was only 5 minutes. We would definitely stay there again.

The property itself was beautiful inside and out. The layout is well thought out and has just about everything you need for the beach. We loved the private pool, as well as being a half block from the beach access. Sunsets were amazing and taking bike rides on the beach first thing in the morning (with bikes you will find in the garage) was a plus. I would go back and highly recommend this place!

We loved staying at Casa Tegula. We were a party of 8 (grandma, grandpa, two couples and two babies). The private warm pool, balconies off of rooms , king beds with baths for all, and open living area were wonderful. We also enjoyed the short walk to gorgeous Siesta Key beach. Communications with The Cottages was outstanding. Thanks for a great stay.

Four different families got together and had a great time. The beach was amazing, our bike rides peaceful, we played in the pool, we visited shops in siesta key. The house had everything we needed. The cottages at the keys personnel were so helpful and accommodating too.

Came in for our son's wedding with family from England and Peru. Casa Tegula was Great house, very modern furnishings, nice pool and perfect location close to the beach. No complaints at all! I would recommend it to all large families / groups of friends.

It was a beautiful property the privacy was amazing everything was very clean well put together the rooms and beds were top-of-the-line I don’t think I’ve had a better night sleep this year only steps from the beach and close to everything the kids loved the pool and the bikes. every room had a TV to make bedtime easy. only issue is the shower would flood into the bedroom but if you got in an out there was no issues highly recommended

This place was beautiful as advertised. Extremely clean and perfect for a family. We had a last minute change to where we could not bring our dog as planned. They refunded our dog fee without hesitation. We also had DELICIOUS cupcakes awaiting our arrival. Thanksgiving Eve we received a yummy pie. A lot to be thankful for. Communication was great prior, during, and after our stay. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

This condo was absolutely gorgeous. Everything is so nice, they really did think of absolutely everything plus some extra special surprises that we loved. The only thing I did not care for was the location on the beach. The walk to the beach is super short, that is no big deal. But it’s a very small sliver of beach, and it was very crowded when we were there so that was not ideal but there were lots of things to do, lots of great places to eat, just be prepared for a lot of people.

We had a great time! Easy to communicate with the property manager, they responded to any needs quickly! Property is beautiful and within a quick walk to the beach! The property is well maintained and offers a lot of items to fully cook. With our large family we still had a lot of room and did not feel cramped at all. The only negative was when we first got there the floors appeared clean but our feet were dirty and the elevator broke down the last few days. They were apologetic and willing to help us if we needed to move anything up and down. They even let us have a late check out. I would definitely recommend!

We had the best family mini vacation here! The house is super clean and looks new. The welcome with lights and music on were a nice touch although we thought at first we had walked in while the cleaning crew was still there - haha. It's close to everything but on a quiet street just a short walk from a white sand beach. The bikes and chairs were great to have on hand and in great shape. The layout is great too. We are the parents of two young married couples and one 19 year old son. There was plenty of room to be together or to have our space. But probably the best part of all was the beds were perfect! We all commented on how comfortable they were and my daughter even looked them up to see about getting some for herself and her husband. We would definitely stay here again.

March 16-23, 2024 What a beautiful place and accommodations. We are not too far away and will be back. The pool was perfect for all of us and so beautiful as well. The heated aspect allowed the kids to enjoy it even on cooler days. The beach is so close… cannot ask for much better than that. Also very walkable to many restaurants. The staff is really responsive and attentive... need anything just ask. The only cons were fixed quickly. When we arrived the code to the elevator was not working. The staff came in a matter of minutes and got it fixed. The floors were really sandy and there was dirt sticking to the kids feet but they offered to come clean it right away. Being that we were getting settled in we ultimately chose to have them come the following morning while we headed to the pool/beach. When we came back it was very clean. Thank you far a memorable stay.

The property is very nice and very clean with a well-outfitted kitchen, plenty of towels, etc. Unfortunately, two of the three showers did not drain, including one in-suite shower drain that flooded that bedroom. Although the property manager sent some over that evening to fix the shower drains, this was noted in several fo the reviews so hard to understand at this price point, why it wasn’t fixed before we had this problem in two of the three showers in this property. The property also supplies bicycles but one of them had a flat tire and there was no bike pump to reinflate the tires. So we missed out on a family bike ride since one of the bikes didn’t work. The managers did replace the bike with a brand new bike and air pump but it was a lost outing for our first day at the property. This seems like a relatively simple thing for the property manager to have checked on and again, at this price point, one should expect the owners to inspect their property each time it is rented out.

We had 2 families share Casa Tegula - 4 adults and 6 teens for spring break week and the house was perfect! The house is in excellent condition with everything looking new and clean. The bedrooms are a good size with plenty of space, beds are very comfy. So much so - we want to buy the same mattress! One teen used the pull out sofa and also said that was comfy. There are more than enough bath towels for 10 people and plenty of really nice beach towels too. The teens used the bicycles to ride around town (4 bikes in garage). I believe this unit also had 4 maybe 6 beach chairs available too. Cupcakes were left for us upon arrival and they were delicious. The rental agency also dropped off a bottle of wine which was a nice touch. We also stopped by the rental agency for their mimosa Tuesdays and they gave us tips for our Siesta key visit. Everyone was great and easy to work with. The pool was wonderful. Lots of greenery around the pool, so you had privacy from the other units. This area of Siesta Key was very convenient. We were steps away from the beach, and you could also easily walk to a couple restaurants/bars/7-11. The road was very quiet in the evenings as it was off the main road, so you didn't hear any noise. The unit has an elevator to get to 3rd floor, which was nice. But it was just as easy to walk up the stairs. We also liked that it had keypad entry so everyone could come and go as they please without worrying about keys! I was super impressed with everything from start to finish on this rental process, house, etc. Everyone in our group had a great time!
