- This gulf front unit is styled in coastal living decor. Has tile throughout the common areas and carpeting in the bedrooms. Updated tile baths and nice white kitchen with granite counter tops. Soft muted colors offers a serene atmosphere. Enjoy dinette seating for 4, TV's in the living room and both bedrooms. The master bedroom features a king size bed with master bath. Guest room has a queen size bed with bathroom across the hall.
Enjoy your morning coffee out on the balcony, listen to the sounds of the waves.
End your day with vibrant sunsets with a view right on the beach.

This is our second year at House of the sun and everything was perfect. Condo in good condition, super helpful at the front desk. if I had one complaint it would be that pickleball was played all day everyday and you could not sit on the patio in peace and quiet.

A very comfortable and relaxing vacation. The apartment was very well appointed. A beautiful beach and not crowded. Cannot wait to return. Plenty to do and great restaurants nearby. the support from management was superb.

WOW!! We had the most amazing time at House of the Sun 316GF!! This was our first time so Siesta Key and having a nice, clean condo and also a patio with the most amazing views made it more enjoyable. The free trolly was nice to take to Siesta Villages and shop. We would also recommend the Sunset E-Bike tour. We appreciated the staff in the front office - they were so easy to work with. We will look forward to our next trip to Siesta Key!

Great view, dated, somwhat underwheliming condition
Superb location on the beach, unobstructed view from large balcony.
Kitchen: salt, no spices, no nothing that we often find in other apartments like these so one does not have to buy pepper etc. Very dated silverware mix of many generations.
Main BR clean and ok. dates interior, good mattress.
2nd BR with leftovers from previous occupant, trash in the can, leftover nail care products. We didnt need the room and left it closed the time there.
Balcony: door did not lock properly. Leaves option to enter from balcony. We did not report that, though.
Overall: well kept complex. great view. quiet. relaxing. But could need some updates into this century to justfy cost.

Great location!
We thoroughly enjoyed our recent trip to Siesta Key and the House of Sun complex. It is in a great location, directly on the beach and also within a short walk to six different restaurants, two ice cream shops and two club/restaurants with nightlife and entertainment. It is also a quick walk to the local grocery store in case you forget any essentials, as well as a rental store for kayaks, paddleboards and bikes.

The management of HOS has always responded to any issues we might have in a quick and professional manner. The property is maintained so well! The location is perfect.
