Welcome to Residences of Siesta Key! Professionally managed by Gulf Coast Vacation Rentals, located at the Hyatt Residences on the pristine crystal white sands of Crescent Beach, rated #1 in the country by Dr. Beach. This beachfront complex offers a fitness center, heated pool, outdoor grotto style whirlpool hot tub, bicycles, kayaks and barbecue grills, the tiki bar offers food from the famous Morton's and cabanas to shield you from the sun when you want some shade. A complimentary continental breakfast is served daily from 7am to 10am. Valet parking is always included! If luxury is what you want, look no further. This resort lifestyle is waiting for you. Enjoy your time away in this luxurious 3 bed/2bath condo with confidence, you will feel like royalty.

This Siesta Key condo is one of our largest rental units and includes stylish furnishings throughout the residence. Enjoy village views from several of the rooms including from your private balcony. Interested in cooking up a feast? The unit has top of the line beds, kitchens and baths. The spacious, state-of-the-art chef's kitchen is equipped with a full-sized stainless-steel fridge and freezer, range with gas heat, full-size dishwasher, Italian mahogany-rubbed cabinetry and beautiful quartz countertops. Bar stool seating or the full-sized dining table offer a relaxing space to savor a home-cooked meal prepared by you or our unique chef-in-residence service.

The property also features a plush living room with a flat screen TV and a full cable lineup. Pipe your favorite music throughout your condo using the premium Bose sound system. The guest and master bedrooms each offer a plush king-sized Hyatt Grand Bed with imported linens and modern wood-frame furniture. The Master bedroom includes a TV, woven wood-paneled doors that lead into the stylish open-plan en-suite bathroom with his and hers sinks, multi-head rain shower, deep jetted soaking tub and a deluxe Kohler custom bidet with multiple settings.

This is the absolute best property to rent if you have kids! Everything is accessible, spacious and just overall very pleasant. We had a wonderful time! The beds were comfortable and the appliances are top of the line. We have zero complaints. If you’re looking for suggestions, a more modern TV in the living room would have been perfect. Something that allows Netflix or YouTube. Also, having more trash bags and toilet paper would have been good as well. None of That would affect my high rating just wanted to point that out.

Great location

The location was within walking of restaurants,7-11store,market,ice cream shop and shopping.Staff was helpful and friendly.Daily continental breakfast was so convenient and good variety.Beach chairs and umbrellas and beach towels were so nice to have set up every day.The beach was wonderful.Can’t wait to stay here again.

Wonderful Week in Siesta Key

The condo was immaculate and you can't beat the location right on Crescent. The tiki bar was great for grabbing a drink and lunch....shout out to Shelly. Another shout out to Patrick on the beach. The only disappointment was the view. Expectation was of a direct ocean view. Sadly our unit was on the back of the building with an around the side view from the balcony. Would definitely stay again.

Very impressed with accommodations and amenities

Fantastic property and lodging. We brought our two teenagers (13 & 15) and a friend of our oldest. They were very impressed with the room, facilities and services. The location was convenient and private. Customer service is top notch, everything was immaculate, plenty to keep the group relaxed and engaged. Highly recommend.
