This beautiful UNIQUE high-tech house on 3 levels has the added advantage of being 1OOm from one of the beaches ranked among the five most beautiful in the world. Located in the popular Island Circle (in the shape of a heart), From one of the two lounges and kitchens you can directly benefit from the in-out door pool and its spa and go upstairs by the stairs or the elevator . The house is equipped with a boat lift which overlooks a canal which reaches the Gulf of Mexico in a few minutes.
This villa is fully equipped with superior quality furniture and has 4 bedrooms with bathrooms including a MASTER ROOM, a private pool with jacuzzi, 2 kitchens, a 3 car garage.
This house has the latest interior equipment, WI FI, flat screens, radios and air conditioning in all the rooms that are rarely found in a vacation rental.

Mauricio the property manager is fantastic and very easy to work with! The house is a 1/2 mile walk to the village and 1/4 mile to the beach. The pool and downstairs area is great for hanging out day and night. Highly recommend!

Winter getaway with family and friends
What a great house! Plenty of room for everyone. Close to the beach and the village. Walkable everywhere. We had just one day of rain, but with the indoor / outdoor pool and hot tub, we relaxed in the hot tub while it poured outside. Love that there is a full fridge in the lower level with the pool. After a day at the beach followed by dinner at the village, we spent most of our time in the lower level hanging out. Most things you need for the beach are provided, including umbrella, towels, some chairs, and plenty of toys for younger kids.. We especially appreciated the 2 beach caddy’s to carry everything. We did not see a cooler there, but we were able to bring ours. When we had a question, it was answered almost immediately. Really impressed there. I was a little disappointed in the furniture in the living room. It was not as pictured, and not overly comfortable. After a long day, we love to put our feet up. We did see some footstools in the upper bedroom, so we brought them down. Overall, this was a great home in a great location. Would definitely rent again!

Siesta Key House
The house was awesome. We stayed there for 10 days and enjoyed every single day. It was within walking distance to the beach and near many great food options. It was close enough to stores and shops and far enough away that we didn't have to deal with the busy street if we didn't want to.

Incredible Siesta Key Vacation Home!
Incredible, richly-appointed home just a couple of blocks from the famous Siesta Key beach with white-powder sand! We walked on the beach every morning! Siesta Key Village with many shoppes and restaurants are within walking distance. Everything in the home was in excellent condition, extremely clean, and Marcio, the property manager was very conscientious and responsive, A++! The downstairs pool and hot tub were amazing! The beds were extremely comfortable, loved the master bathroom, and the kitchens (two of them - one upstairs and one downstairs by the pool!) were very well-appointed. The elevator was an added bonus as it came in handy for transporting luggage and groceries to the main floor. We rented a golf cart after a couple of days which made travelling around the island that much more fun! We had a fantastic time at Island Circle, Siesta Key and would definitely stay here again! Perfection!

Fun comfy house with a terrific location
Lovely large well-appointed house just a couple blocks from beautiful Siesta Key beach. We and our various guests- from seniors to a young family, all greatly enjoyed our stay. The high ceilings, huge living room windows, the pool and spa— all were great. Wonderful stay
My family stayed at the blue house for a week, and we had an exceptional time. The house itself was clean, spacious, comfortable, and had everything you could possibly need. The kitchens (two!) were very well stocked, and the garage had many beach toys that our son could use. The pool in the house was really cool, and the hot tub was an added bonus. It was a pleasure communicating with the property manager, and he was readily available to help/answer questionsn. The location couldn’t have been better - walking distance to town and short walk to the beach. We would definitely stay here again!

Great house on Siesta Key!
This house has a great lay out for families. We had 3 families staying here and it was perfect. I would suggest a golf cart is you don't like walking but it is a nice walk to downtown. The place is not the cleanest but was tolerable. Pool and hot tub are great. The property manager was extremely helpful and nice!
