Anniversary getaway

Spring Vacation

This property is very much as it is advertised. The only two items that I would make a recommendation on are: cushions for the pool lounging chair and a bi-pass for the pool alarm on the outside. The alarm would trigger each time we went into the building. Neither of these items are show stoppers for us and we would definitely stay again!

Best Girls Weekend!

The house was just perfect for us. It was very clean and it had everything we could need. It is exactly as shown in the pictures. Communication with the owner was fabulous. They are very responsive for any questions. We love the location. It was within walking distance of so many fun, places to shop and eat and listen to music, the house also had beach chairs and a cart that we could just walk right across the street and head to the beautiful white sand beaches. We couldn’t have asked for a better time.

Safety

The unit was clean and comfortable but lacked maintenance. The alarm for the entrance of pool area literally fell apart making it non operational also I opened above kitchen cupboard door and it almost fell on me but me luckily bottom hinge kept it from falling off completely. We went to cook breakfast and the left front electric burner had no adjustment it was stuck on high burning our sausage be for realizing there was a problem. Large holes at the end of the driveway with cars bottoming out also a tripping hazard.

My two sisters and I stayed here on Siesta Key and absolutely loved it! The house was adorable—very clean, updated, and comfortable. Having our own private pool was such a great perk, and the location couldn’t have been better. We were within walking distance to everything, including the beach! Highly recommend this spot for a relaxing getaway.

Super Cute Beach Cottage with private pool!

Cozy and chic beach cottage with best location!

We had a wonderful stay and will be back! Cottage is small but has a great layout. We really enjoyed being so close to the beach and village. We also loved the pool. Can’t wait to come and stay here again.
