Good

Second time staying at this property and it was fun. It is gradually being updated but still comfortable but could do With a deep clean. Well equipped, however, the fire extinguisher obstructs the lid of the washing machine It would be better to move it to the other wall of the utility cupboard. Would recommend the unit to friends.

Unit worked well for two couples. View is amazing! Could use a few new appliances like washer/dryer and dishwasher. Enjoyed the workout room but would be nice to have a few hooks for hanging jackets. Outdoor pools, PB courts and grills were great! One of the master sinks was slow to drain and grout in shower was moldy. Update toilets to handicap height and 1.5 gal flush to conserve water. Would definitely like to return!

1368 Gulf & Bayside

The accommodation location and setting was excellent. We were however disappointed that the surroundings resembled a building site during our stay. There was no warning on the booking that the main swimming pool would be refurbished and unavailable for use. The loud drilling and workmen around the pool as well as around our rental decorating paintwork was also not ideal. This should have been declared before our arrival or s suitable discount provided to reflect the inconvenience we had to endure during an important family summer vacation.
