Great location

Our large family met for a beach vacation in this house worked out perfectly! The only reason I didn’t give it a five star is because the pool had not been serviced correctly and we had to get them to come back out and clean out the green algae before we could swim.

Wonderful place!

Place was absolutely wonderful. Great communication prior to the trip, informing us of all the necessary details. Upon arrival, everything was as listed. Great pool, Tikki bar in back yard, heated spa, place was very clean and well maintained. Great place and highly recommend!!!

Perfect Couples Retreat

Great place for a big family to stay

We came to celebrate my 50th bday with family and had an amazing time. We were walking distance to the beach and also to downtown. The house was just what I wanted, it was super clean, they have everything you need. Great communication with management and easy to check in.

THE PERFECT SPOT IN SIESTA KEY

This house is just a 1-minute walk to the beach and 2 to 3-minute walk to Siesta Key Village, in a perfect spot for the best of both worlds. The pool is amazing and despite having bad weather due to Barry's forming, we enjoyed every second. This place is perfect for large families and highly recommend this place for your stay.

Amazing house with beautiful amenities. Tons of bedrooms with lots of space, every single person in our 9 person group was very comfortable! The house is conveniently located within steps to the beach and siesta key village! Would love to come back with my family!

The layout, accessibility to all Siesta Key has to offer is perfect. The house/pool is AMAZING. Kim is very responsive when I texted a few times. It met and at times exceeded all expectations.

Siesta Key Spring Break

A great convenient location. Walk to town and the Sunset Point beach. House is spacious which provides privacy for large groups. Pool is great for little ones. Kitchen is a bit inadequate needing more cooking pans and a little table for the children.

The location is fantastic! The layout of the house is better for family. We were 8 senior couples, The 2 bunk rooms sharing a bath wasn’t ideal. Fridge is small, ice maker slow, but a Big cooler in tiki bar was lifesaver. The pool/hot tub were fantastic, spent a lot of time in pool. Would definitely stay there again.

The perfect week in Florida!

This property was all we had hoped it would be. In addition to being a very accommodating house for our family of 13 and 4 generations the location could not have been better. From the end of the driveway on the left and 800 feet down the street were all the shops, restaurants, grocery store and liquor store. On the right we were less that 800 feet from one of the most beautiful beaches I have ever seen. Again, a perfect week in Florida!

Family vacation after COVID shutdown

Great stay. We just have one suggestion. The house sleeps 22, but the fridge needs to be bigger. Put in a pantry shelf where the current fridge is and add a double wide on the wall where the cubby bench is. The house set up was wonderful. The pool and tiki area lots of fun.. the walk to the beach awesome.

Amazing private pool & spacious home

We enjoyed our stay at your beautiful home. The pool, hot tub and the slide were amazing! There was plenty of room for our large group with kids. Great layout, we especially liked that the 6 bedrooms had king beds with bathrooms and showers for each room. This house is in the perfect location, walking distance to the beach. The property management was very pleasant to deal with. One recommendation, house could use a few additional pots/pans. Thanks for such a great week and amazing memories!

Great house, great location, great vacation

Our group of 12 stayed last week and thoroughly enjoyed our time. The house is quite large and can easily accommodate a large group. It is well appointed and very clean. The location is situated perfectly with a short walk to the beach as well as to the main street in Siesta Key where you can find plenty of restaurants, bars and stores. It is also well stocked with beach chairs, umbrellas and plenty of pool toys. Our property manager Kelly was always available to answer question and take care of any minor issues. I've used VRBO for bookings a number of times and this house does not disappoint.

Perfect house perfect location

This is a one of kind rental in Siesta Key. The house was recently updated with more bedrooms. Each king bedroom has its own bathrooms and TV. The decor is beach and clean. The service from Siesta rental company was outstanding. We travel each spring break and rent a house and I can tell you this is one of the best. We had 5 families (21 people) in all and was great on space. Walk to the beach in 3 mins and down town in 5 min. Total 5 stars !

Fantastic family spot

We rented the house for a big family gathering - 5 siblings and their spouses / families with kids of all ages. The house was perfect, each bedroom has its own bath and plenty of space, the pool area is great for Everyone and the kids loved the water slide ! Beach is easily accessible with just a short walk and it’s great for kids too with an amazing sandbar, lots of animals ( we saw manatees, dolphins, sea urchins, crabs, sand dollars, clams…. You name it) and walk The other direction and you are right in town for a nice dinner, grocery stop, the dacqauri bar or even donuts & coffee! It was an ideal location with sooo much space - even with 20 of us we didn’t feel cramped the entire week ! Would definitely stay here again !

Beautiful location

The house and property are beautiful and well equipped. My family of 21 stayed for a week and had a great time in the pool. The kids loved the slide and the adults were in the hot tub a lot. The proximity to the beach and village are perfect. The kitchen was very well supplied. The bedrooms and bathrooms are huge and beautiful which I would count as somewhat of a negative as more living space is needed. The table seats 10 and the family room 11 so there is no place for everyone to be together except the pool. Manager was very accommodating.

Lots of Room and Close to Everything

Other than a slight miscommunication regarding check-out this property was PERFECT! Any issues we had (which were MINOR) were addressed by our property manager (Kim) immediately upon notification. Check in was flawless - kitchen might have been a little better equipped to accommodate 15 people but we managed. Beds were comfortable - pool refreshing. Dining room chair covers could be refreshed but didn’t prevent us from using them. Wagon and beach chairs are great for daily beach visits (VERY VERY CLOSE). All in all ... fantastic place to have our family gathering. 15 persons - 6 states.

Perfect location

We loved this location, close to the beach as well as short walk to shops. We enjoy the north end of Siesta beach as it is less congested than the south end. Pool & hot tub were a source of great fun. Property managers were responsive immediately responsive with any question or difficulty we had. This is the second time our extended family stayed in this house as it is a challenge to find a 8 bedroom house so close to the beach! The furnishings appeared to have been enjoyed by many people over many years. One refrigerator is a challenge for 20 people. We managed by bringing several large coolers. Despite furnishings, we all enjoyed a fabulous time at this ideal location.
