Had a wonderful week in 1BR unit steps to Beach. Very clean and comfortable with nice pool and well furnished patio area.. Beach chairs and umbrellas are provided by owner, who was very responsive to me.

Great location

Great location in the middle of Siesta key; very close to the beach. It's a nice walk along the beach to restaurants and shops (0.7 or 1.5 miles, depending on which end of Siesta Key you're walking to). Well stocked and clean.

Perfect beach location

Perfect location for beach access! The private beach is pretty ideal and much less crowded than the public access. Short Uber ride to the restaurants and bars on both ends of island. Property was clean and bed was very comfortable.

VRBO did a horrible job of informing us about our check in. It was THE NIGHT BEFORE AND STILL NO WORD on how to get into our rental. We had to call the owner to get him to handle it! Very stressful when your just wanting to relax and have a great birthday trip!!

Cozy beach getaway

The location of this beach house is fantastic, only a short walk to the best beach in the country. The one bedroom unit is very cozy , we usually stay in a larger unit so it was an adjustment when we first arrived. The manager Steve couldn’t have been more attending to help make this a wonderful vacation.

PERFECT GET AWAY!

First of all, we drove up to find the grounds immaculate (sometimes photos can be deceiving). Our room was charming, but most important to me, it was clean, fresh and updated. We had every convenience that we have at home. The pool & the pool area was so nice! We had a private patio area with table and chairs that was so enjoyable as my husband and I like to play cards while being outdoors. I think that the BEST part of our stay, however, was the proximity to the beach....just a very short stroll from our room to the beach to watch the sunset. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay as you can probably tell. We look forward to revisiting! Patti

Best Vacation Ever

As soon as my girlfriend and I arrived to the property, Steve was there to show us around. He was always a big help and always making sure we had everything we need. The property was walking distance to a private beach and Steve provided umbrellas, chairs and even a cart to put everything in. The property was so clean and the pool was amazing to use to just relax for a bit. If you are looking for a vacation, this is the spot!!
