The perfect place for us

Great Location

This was an adorable little beach apartment. Perfect for a quick Florida getaway. 1 block from a gorgeous beach and 2 blocks to all of the shopping and restaurants of the village. Perfect location. Pristinely clean on arrival. Would definitely stay again.

The location was great, we were steps away from a fabulous beach and a short walk to all of the shops and restaurants. The place was very clean and exactly what we were hoping for. My granddaughter wanted to fly in an airplane and stay on the beach for her 10th birthday. This was the perfect place - next to the beach, next to some shopping and restaurants, and our own pool. She was totally fulfilled, and grandma got produced a trip to remember!!!

Apt near the beach

Property was extremely clean and very well maintained. The location could not have been any better. The beach was approximately 150 feet from your front door and proximity to the village was two short blocks. The apartment was small and quaint but enough for two people. The pool was very chilly but I’m sure the hurricane knocked out the heater so my guess is the owners worked on getting the place ready to rent and another heater will be in the future. Very nice place.

Great location

To start, these units are fairly small. But, it really doesn't matter. It's in an awesome location, right next to the beach and a 3 minute walk to the village where all the restaraunts are. The area is also very quiet at night. There is a home under construction nearby, but it wasn't very loud. We loved it.

Great getaway spot

We’ve stayed here 4 times now and the management and cleanliness of the unit continues to exceed expectations. The email and text comms were very helpful and left us feeling like someone was always accessible if ever anything came up. The place was very clean (spotless) when we arrived. We’re just steps from the beach so fixing a cup of coffee and walking outside enjoying the sunrise was effortless. Likewise, just a few more steps in the other direction and we are in the Village. Great stay as always and looking forward to coming back next year.

We’ve been staying at Parrot beach for about 12yrs. The stay was perfect until the last night. I’ve read a couple posts about roaches and thought we’ve never had a problem. The night before we left i saw one roach and thought maybe due to the heavy rain we were receiving that night. The next morning saw another one in the bathroom. This was also the first time staying on the first floor. They need to get an exterminator out more regularly to spray.

The walls were paper thin. We could hear everything going on in the neighboring unit from conversations to toilets flushing. There is literally a door that connects the units and has light coming through. Very hard to feel comfortable in that type of environment.
