We had a great time at the condo. The location is just fantastic, only few meters away from the amazing private beach with own chairs. The house is very well equiped with everything that was needed, especially the sand toys were highly appreciated by the kids. Communication with the manager was very easy and helpful.

We really enjoyed the condo in all respects; it was clean, comfortable, well appointed, well decorated. We had a two week stay and we had a great time and were sad to leave.The location was terrific, especially the short walk out the key coded front door and down a sandy walkway to a great section of private beach devoted to Siest Beach House. Having chairs and lounges already down there for you to take made it so easy to just get up and get to the beach. Bonus: you didn’t even have to bring them back as they were collected every night after sunset by staff.Very good location for access to Siesta Key Village as well as off the Key into Sarasota and further.Varinia, the owner, was a special treat in her attentiveness and care for our happiness. She was always pleasant and respectful and engaging. We will return and I can attest that you will have a great time at this property on vacation in Siesta Key.

Clean Premesis. Amenities perfect for quick and efficient access to a magical beach. Everything neeeed for the beach is provided. Beach is 500 yard walk. Siesta Key village is .7 miles. Cute & Cozy.

The condo was very clean and updated. It had everything that we needed for a 5 night stay with two young kids, including a beach wagon, umbrella, beach towels and beach toys! Located just steps from the beautiful beach. The community pool was clean and well maintained. We had it to ourselves most of the time. Our trip was the week of the 4th of July - fireworks on the beach were an A!!

Perfect condo

The location of this condo was perfect. We were right between the two areas on Siesta Key to eat and close to the south bridge to get back to the mainland and all the grocery stores and additional restaurants. The condo was tucked off the main road and very quiet. The access to the beach and chairs was great and the beach itself was amazing! Varinia was very responsive and helpful with all questions. We highly recommend this condo. It was comfortable and had everything we needed for a perfect vacation!

Loved Siesta Key!

The only thing we didn’t care for were the stairs. They were narrow. Some lose floor tiles in the master bedroom. Otherwise wonderful stay!

Spring Break

No complaints, other than beach access. The gulf side gate guys defended that place like Fort Knox. Packing for a beach day with small kids made it much more of a hassle than just driving down to the public beach-which we ended up doing.

Family Vacation

Traveling from out of state via airplane. The house had everything we needed: beach accessories including an umbrella, toys and towels. The house was in the perfect spot. Easy access to restaurants, shops, ice cream and even pickleball & tennis courts. The community pool and private beach access was perfect. Loved having our own private laundry machine and dryer. Definitely would recommend to friends and family.

Great location….other than a mistake, could have been great

Great location Unit has everything you need as a family We had an issue with checking in, code was not setup, host was not responding. Then had to call VRBO, after 1.5 hrs, finally VRBO got to the host. Unit was not clean and was setup for a wrong date. Host cleaned it in no time with her team, and refunded us a night given the fact the day was gone byt the time we checked in.

Beautiful Siesta Key

We had a wonderful time in Siesta Key. The Townhouse was clean, well-equipped with everything we needed and it was only a short walk to beautiful Siesta Key Beach. The living room was so comfortable with the recliner couches. We appreciated the dedicated Parking Space. We would highly recommend.

Wonderful stay in beautiful condo!

We absolutely love siesta key and this unit was perfect for our family. We loved the close walk to the beach, how quiet the area was and how clean the condo was. It was especially nice to have sand toys and a wagon for the kids. It was also great to have everything we needed in the kitchen to prepare food instead of eating out everyday. The owner was prompt with communication and we very much appreciated the option for a late checkout. We will definitely stay here again and refer this condo to our friends! Thank you for an amazing week!
