Clean and convenient!

This place was great! Found this last minute when our other spot was cancelled, and it was perfect. Small but spacious, very clean, and had all the amenities and great access to the beach, pool, etc.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit we stayed in was just average. The shower didn’t get hot. The couch wasn’t comfortable at all. The fan in the bedroom only had one speed which was very slow.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Was sufficient for our stay. Toilet clogged and front desk had to call a friend to snake toilet. No real maintenance on hand. Toilet still had issues throughout stay not offer to move or compensate. Definitely could have been cleaner but for the price I did not complain.

Siesta Key stay

I enjoy staying in that area of Siesta sea circle. This is my first time staying at The Beach club .The Beach club is now one of my favorite places I have stayed at. Hope I can stay there again each year I come

The walk to the beach was perfect, not too close, not too far about 1000 feet. Restaurants and Trolley were just as far as the beach. This is a PERFECT location.

Annual Girls Trip

This was a great place. Right amount of room. The facility was so nice. Great location and within distance for Uber to downtown. The beach was right next to you as well. The management was absolutely top notch. Extremely kind and so easy to work with. Highly recommend.

Beautiful "powdery-soft" beach & only a 2-3 min walk from our condo! Condo , grounds & pool were nice. Only neg comment I have is , the bathroom had no vanity space around sink to set up make-up bag items & no hook or bar to hang hand towel on!

It’s one block walk to beach with the softest beautiful white sand! Feels like flour! The condo was very nice and clean and comfortable. The hot tub and pool were amazing as well! Wonderful location

Property and condo were just as advertised. Easy check in. Easy checkout. Location is ideal! Literally can walk to and be on the beach in 4 minutes. Beaches are gorgeous here. Would highly recommend. We used the properties beach chairs every day. And even got to use a pull cart wagon a couple of days. Only feedback is the king size bed could use some new bed coverings. But overall this was a wonderful stay and would highly recommend.

March 2022: great location, kids loved it, could use a few updates.

The location was great for not being right on the beach (which was still just a minute walk away). My kids loved both pools but actually the smaller one near the hot tub. The unit had everything we needed. Some towels, bedding and pillowcases needed some serious upgrading as there were tears and stains and there was dirty silverware in the drawer. It was also slightly inconvenient to go to the office multiple times during business hours to complete our check in, but the attendant was working very hard servicing others, maybe they can come up with a better system to not need that final in-person check in. Overall it would be a great place to return to.

Property was near beach/acesss to pool/easy check in process. Unit needs more cleaning( wall, kitchen), bathroom door needs to be fixed, no hot water. Second day of my stay one of the staff abruptly entered apartment after waking up, without permission walked her way to the kitchen to check for fire extintor. Everyone was On our PJs/ bed clothing. That was so disrespectful. I would pick a different place to stay next time!
