Upon first sight house looks nice. Several complaints about the house and property.
House was big, kitchen was full of ants around the sink, top floor AC worked when it wanted too, “workers”kept showing up to the third garage door and getting stuff out of it. It was full of grills and totes. They came and opened it and then left with it open. Some guy was digging through trash, called the office with the response “we have a ford truck but not sure if it’s our guys or not”. The game room smelled like vomit and mold, Couldn’t stand to even use it. We checked in on a Sunday and trash was over flowing, stayed that way until Wednesday? Pool cleaning/maintenance was a guy walking through with a blower and blowing off the stone/concrete around the pool. ✔️ “Pool cleaned”. The property manager Kelly???? Not really sure she exists. Called her, left her messages, never heard a word from her. DANG sure didn’t see her, like she says in your binder “ I meet all my guest within 24 hours of arrival”. Not quite!! Never seen her, wouldn’t know her if she walked into my house today.
Needless to say, this property is not worth ever staying at again. Don’t waste your money, don’t waste your time. I wasted A lot of money to stay there for a week and after exploring the island a little, found way better and cleaner places that I could have gotten for less money.
I’d ask for a partial refund on my stay, but I’m sure all I’d hear is the sound of crickets, because no one ever calls you back, no one ever showed up unless they were pilfering through the “storage garage” in the house you are paying for, or digging through your garbage.
BEWARE, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!!!!
Disappointed guest, that you will never see again. And hope this honest review from a couple with 5 kids, truly makes an impact, I would be ashamed if I ran my business/property that way.
Please look elsewhere.
