This condo and complex has nice features with great access to the beach and activities on Siesta Key. The condo does need some updating and maintenance which was noted in previous reviews and have not been addressed.

This was our first trip to Siesta Key. The condo was exactly as described. The communication was excellent and we were well taken care of by the staff. There was an issue with the washing machine, they communicated timely and even came to get our clothes to wash and dry for us since we had flown to the destination and packed based on having the washer/dryer available. The private beach was great as well. Chairs were available at no cost to use. We rented umbrellas each day. We had a wonderful time and plan to return to Siesta Key and stay at this location again.

This property is outdated however the location and views trump that easily! Could use a few more bath towels and water was hard to control but those complaints are minor and we had the best week!

We really enjoyed this place. Perfect with just a short walk to beach. Plenty of chairs for beach. Great places to eat close by. Activities just a short walk. We all loved it here. The only thing it would get a little to warm. It almost needs two air units. One upstairs and one down. But we would stay here again.

You can’t beat the views and location of this condo. We stayed a week for Easter break with our older teen son and three of his friends. The location was perfect with plenty in walking distance for them, Captain Curt’s is directly across the street and the trolley picks up there as well. Beach access is right on the beach with a private gate and a fantastic pool The view was beautiful and we enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the ocean and sunset. There was plenty of room for the six of us and we could’ve had 1 more sleep on the pullout couch if needed- we didn’t use it. We plan to return next year.

The unit is in a great location and has a great beach! The hot/cold water and water pressure is not good. 2 people could not even shower at the same time. There would be just a trickle of water and the hot water is way too hot and if you go to add some cold water, there is no hot water. Would definitely suggest inquiring about this. The unit was clean and has great views! We would suggest having an automatic ice maker for those that drink a lot of ice water!

We enjoyed staying between Christmas and new year. The apartment has amazing views and beach access. You will never forget this beautiful sunset. It is decorated with luxury in mind. Very welcoming and spacious layout. Both arrival and departure instructions were very clear. We also enjoyed the heated pool and tennis courts. The location is perfectly located for easy access from the main land so very easy even at rush hour. We would definitely recommend this magnificent apartment.

The view and location of this property were the main reason we booked this property. Gorgeous views in all directions of the most amazing Siesta Key Beach! The space worked well for our 8 person group. However, many needed updates would have highly improved our stay, including: -a new pullout couch; springs fell out after one use. -luggage racks for each room; nowhere to put large bags -a working ice maker/water dispenser -a screen that slides on small slider -better water pressure and consistent/plentiful hot water for entire condo showers and sinks

Walked into our unit and felt like a scene from Miami Vice. I loved that show years ago and thoroughly enjoyed the retro atmosphere. My children loved it too. Master bath could use a privacy door for toilet. Carpet needs replaced but overall a great time. Great location and views of the beautiful white beach and blue water. Walking distance to great local restaurants and bars.

Condo is in perfect location. Loved the two story and the Miami Vice appeal. Beach was beautiful and restaurant's amazing. The only negative was very little water pressure with three showers, none with washer running. Hot water takes awhile. The knobs in master shower were broken. Two showe heads with no pressure. Definitely could not used tub, it would take too long to fill.

This condo had an excellent location! Steps from the beach which was amazing! Views from Condo were outstanding as well! You felt you were on the beach 24-7. Now the negative- the place was a mess when we checked in- crumbs on floor, potatoe chips by bed, etc. Also the water pressure was horrible. We had three separate showers but could only take one shower at a time. Also, if the washing machine was on, you could not take a shower. There was also blue electrical tape over some outlets. We also "tripped" breakers a few times when two hairdryers were being used at same time. Overall I would probably stay here again, but some problems need to be corrected before I would.

can use an update in the decor and apartment. kitchen cabinet door under sink was broken. ants in 2 of the bathrooms. closet door in upstairs bedroom was off the hinge. overall it is a nice place, great view, just needs some updates. great to have beach chairs, the umbrella was broken, nice to have floats
