「The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. The breakfasts are amazing with so much to choose from. Dinner in the restaurant is delicious and plentiful we had some lovely food. We only have one slight negative comment and that is the dim lighting in the bedroom, it might be an age thing of course but it didn’t spoil our few days at this very welcome home from home. 」

「Lovely stay at Zest Boutique Hotel. The staff were wonderful and very helpful. The location is quiet with a view of Signal Hill and Table Mountain from the roof. Walking distance to the V&A (felt safe during the day) and a quick and cheap Uber in the evening. 」

「Equipe extremamente gentil. A limpeza do quarto é ótima e a equipe prepara um café da manhã delicioso.
O único ponto de atenção é que se trata de uma casa de 3 andares, sem elevador. Nosso quarto ficou no último andar. Não prejudica a estadia pois o quarto e muito bom, mas pode ser um desconforto para algumas pessoas com dificuldade de carregar as bagagens. 」

本来定了三个人的房间，网上付完钱，然后入住前一天我朋友说不来了，我又想多住一天，老板和他母亲二话不说，把我多付的第三个人钱放到多一天的房费里，让我省了不少
我本来已经退完房了，回去拿行李等车时给我们喝下午茶，搬行李上车，很窝心告诉我们怎么走怎么去。
真的是用心在经营。
下次来南非开普敦，只会住着一家。唯一缺点是地点比较不好找，有uber就 很方便了。」

「We had a wonderful stay. The service was excellent, always very accommodating to our needs. We needed earlier breakfast and they made it happen. They were courteous and hospitable. They stored our luggage while we went around town after checking out. Breakfast was very good and very prompt. 」

「The Tree House Boutique Hotel is one of the best hotel I have ever stayed. It is located in the end of a alley which makes it a more private and quiet place, as well as a sense of coziness. Furnished in a modern yet earthy style, the hotel offers a vibe of nature with much natural light.
There were ceiling-high glass doors leading to the balcony in my room, where you could enjoy some leisure time right next to the tree canopy. The bed was very large in size and comfortable.

「This hotel is wonderful - staff are brilliant, so friendly and efficient and really welcome you and look after you throughout. Love the seemless security, based on facial and car registration recognition. Rooms are wonderful - everything and more of what you need - my room had fridge, microwave, plates, cups, glasses, coffee machine (Nespresso and kettle) and everything you need to have a pleasant stay.
