“No space to move. Shower cubicle encrusted with grime, basin without hot water, no toilet paper. Nobody available to assist with anything. Guests are given a contact number, but get hung up on if they ring it. On the plus side, the bed was reasonably comfortable. Seriously, do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else.”

“我們於夜晚八點左右開始尋找酒店，雖然酒店非常貼心地一早電郵提供詳細指示，但由於住宿位置非常偏僻難找，離電車站又非常遠，地點附近環境頗暗，較少街燈，我們拖著兩個行李箱，又要找路，全程又累又怕，提心吊膽。 幾經波折終於到達酒店，房門一開，酒店收拾得很整潔，又有酒店送的甲蟲朱古力，但是房間卻小得放下兩個行李箱後連轉身的位置也沒有。 當初相片簡介中的花園部分，是我對這次住宿期待最高的部分，結果找不到相中的花園，這不是赤裸裸的圖文不符嗎。 當日完成白天行程，滿心期待在酒店得到充份休息，但結果整個住宿經驗頗不愉快。”

“Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen, Lage war top, leider viel Schneefall, aber haben wir auch nochmals genossen:). Leider, hatten wir noch Komplikationen mit dem WC. Aber der Sanitär konnte das Problem beheben. Sauberkeit, könnte hygienischer sein, auch der Schlüsseltresor( klemmt) mal anschauen. Tip, für deutschsprachige Gäste einen Ordner mit wichtigen Telefonnummern aus der Region inkl. Inhaberin auflegen. Wir fühlten uns aber für die Gesamtbewertung wohl👍”

“The house was beautiful as described in the listing. There weren’t any surprises. The property manager was very helpful and available on WhatsApp when needed. There was some confusion on my part regarding checkout time and the team happily accommodated to extend the checkout time by an hour. Nitpick: My only ask is that there are more coffee pods provided. A super easy fix.”

“This place was heaven!! The view is like nothing you've ever seen before. The mountains are gigantic and the view from the deck overlooking Lauterbrunnen in the valley doesn't even look real! Definitely the best option in Wengen. The Alpine staff service was beyond stellar. So friendly and accommodating. We walked to the train station early each morning. It's about a 15 minute walk and so worth it. There wasn't much open as we visited in the off-season but that was by design as we wanted to……
