“Great place nice property we will be back! Thanks”

“We came in town for the fair and this place was a very beautiful place. Very clean and very well decorated. It was the perfect place to stay in Troy. The host was very nice and could be reached instantly if we had any issues.”

“The apartment was a perfect place for us to cool down and unwind after exploring local parks during a hot couple of days. It was very clean, comfortable and stocked with items that supplemented our needs for cooking, laundry and more. The snack basket was a hit with the grandkids as was the wooded area they spent some time walking through. I would love to stay here again should overnight accommodations be needed in the future.”

“Clean, beautiful, serene and cozy! 10/10.”

“The condo was perfect for the size party we had. It had a nice view of the beach area you could see from the deck area. The host Erin was one of the most organized hosts I have had the pleasure of working with. The condo was extremely clean and nothing was missed.”

“The host was genuinely caring and quite personable. She herself detected that something was suffering from the summer heat, dust, and critters and immediately ensured someone promptly showed up to thoroughly clean. It was a grand and spacious old house that they are working hard to fully restore to its prior family-warm grandeur. It was neat to literally walk back through differing eras. If you love touching and tactilely experiencing history, this is definitely the place to experience it all……

“Most everything was good. I do recommend correcting the upward slope on the top of the step from the living area to the bedroom area. As you approach from the kitchen, the slight rise in the floor throws off your balance going down the step. Wrenched my back and legs when awkwardly hitting the lower level.”

“Property worked fine. There were no working flashlights or battery powered candles. Power went out for hours and temps were in 90s w high humidity. We drove home early did not stay last night.I called Innsbruck next day because I left golf clothes on back of bathroom door. Missed them in the dark. Requested they send. If you can help expedite that it would be appreciated.”

“Great little spot with a pretty view - Monica is very attentive and is a wonderful host.”

“Great property.”

“The stay at the honeybee was okay at best. We stayed for four nights and were only provided four towels and four washcloths. When we asked if we could have them exchanged for clean ones, they were unable to provide the service due to it being a “heavy” laundry day.. The pictures to the property are outdated. The front deck has a ton of paint chipping off and has nails sticking up along the railing. The bathroom had soft spots in the floor, soft enough that the flooring was cracking as you……

“Innsbrook is a fantastic vacation spot for family vacations. I have stayed in a two different locations within the past years time. And this location was such a disappointment. Great photos on their website but it failed to show the real issues with the property in general. In warm temperatures for a summer vacation this is not a place to go. AC will not keep it cool. There are several fans but it still was uncomfortable inside on the warmest days. There are several spots on the large……

“We loved the hot tub and the pontoon paddle boat was a real hit with all of us. We had great fun on it.Relaxed with a nice bonfire on the patio by the lake in the evening. The steep walk way to the dock was a bit of a challenge for the older folks and handicapped but we made it work.”

“Our Innsbrook stay was very nice. Everything was exactly as described. Plenty of ways to enjoy the lakes and relax at night with dinner and a hot soak.”

“Overall the place was nice and functional, but not super updated. When checking in at the gate, they were unable to find the reservation and guest info, but found it after a while. The deck and outdoor space was great and the overall location of the condo was close to the water, quiet, and easy to find. Folding beach chairs, toys, and tubes were included which was a nice surprise. ”
