「There is no elevator. The smell in the corridor is very bad. The room also smells very bad.」

「The staff,breakfast buffet and service was awesome. The mountain view pretty much is the best in Utah, hard to beat the stein! They groom ski slope everyday, easy ski in and ski out access. Cannot wait go back to ski next year.」

「Wonderful condo! Would stay here again. Parking was convenient. The gym was a little small, but it had what we needed.」

「We booked 7 nights for ski. When we realized there is no snow and we decided to leave early. We called the management on the 1st night and ask if we can have partial refund for the rest of the days. The manager, Ethan told us there is no discuss on this. So basically we wasted at least 4 nights without actually staying in. Very upset about this attitude.」

「The place itself was great! Very clean and nice. We went to a Concert on the Slopes at the Canyons and in was right outside the door! When we arrived there was no one at the front desk. We had to call a number and wait about 10 minutes for someone from another hotel down the road to come and check us in. He was very friendly and helpful but we were in a hurry and it was kind of annoying to have to wait to check in. I was also irritated that we had to pay $25 to park at the hotel. I did not see...

「Clean, and convenient. No on site office but someone always answered to help using the office number. We were able to rent skis right in the resort area, and were right near a ski lift so the ski in ski out was super convenient. The view was spectacular. It was nice to have front row seats of the mountain. Bring an eye mask and ear plugs though because you will hear the grooming machines in the middle of the night and they have bright lights. WiFi signal was inadequate so we could not connect...
