“I visit my Baltimore area family members once or twice each year. I am grateful I found this place. It is centrally located for all I need to do and very close to the airport. The property is clean, updated and very comfortable. The hosts are terrific and made sure every one of my inquiries were answered very timely.”

“From the beginning until the end the listers were very receptive. The listing was precisely as described. Very clean! Soap, cleaning products, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash was provided There were even K cups for the Keurig which made my mornings better. WiFi was strong. I chose to stay farther from the conference center (about 1mi) than my colleagues. I walked a few times which was about 25 minutes and took an electric scooter the rest of the time. Both were great options. Overall……

“The stay was excellent. Slept very well, enjoyed the apartment. It was well furnished and conveniently located to both downtown and suburbs. We were allowed to park in the driveway, off street, which was greatly appreciated. The entire apartment was well furnished and comfortable. The host family was pleasant and helpful. We would stay again !”

“Had a really nice stay at this property. You can tell the owners put a lot of work in to provide a nice clean place for people to stay. The kitchen feature was great to minimize having to eat out and location was great with a giant supermarket, cvs and walgreens near by as well as a really great restaurant the celtic house all walkable. Owner of property was very nice and and answered my questions promptly. Would definitely stay again if was in the area and the owners would have me.”

“It was a great space to stay in for a trip to the museums. The neighborhood felt safe and had lots of walking food options that are celiacs friendly. Unfortunately it rained the entire time we were there and I and my daughter ended up getting the flu bad and we saw next to nothing! I will say, after being sick as a dog in a space that is not mine, it could have been waaaay worse. The king bed is so very comfortable! I was very grateful for the laundry as it helped our situation a lot. Will……

“It is near Dulles airport but very quiet neighborhood. We didn't hear any airplanes flying over. It is a good place to stay before or after a long trip. The apartment is clean and kitchen has the basic equipment needed. It has washer and dryer. We enjoyed eating out, trying new places around the area. ”

“The apartment exceeded our expectations. It was spotless & communication was outstanding, Parking was a little tricky due to our vehicle size. I would highly recommend this rental and would absolutely rent the unit on my next trip to DC. Easy access to transportation using the free bus service to the metro.”

“We had a great time on our trip and stay at the little cottage. There was a more than generous amount of linens, towels, snacks, coffee, water, soda and the list goes on. I can’t think of one thing we needed that wasn’t provided. Jerry was kind and easily contacted if needed. Perfect for our four day visit. Would definitely stay again.”

“This basement level, one room, one bathroom space was amazing! It had all the amenities we needed and seemed very spacious even with three of us in the room. There was room to eat, work and just hang out. it was very clean and well organized. It was about a 15 minute walk to the nearest metro station and a 20 minute walk from the metro (because a lot of it is uphill). Easy access in and out of the space. Terry was a great communicator and host!”

“Location is awesome. Sketchy steps to get down there so be careful but the apartment was just as described. Really comfy bed and pillows. Some things were a little run down and I couldn’t get the TV to work, otherwise I would’ve ranked this higher. Place is appropriately priced for the area.”

“A very comfortable apartment, with all things necessary. Property has a 24/7 front desk, but they can only forward information or requests to National. We had no problems with our stay or the accommodations and given surrounding options, it was quite affordable. Loved the DC Metro accessibility for both our sightseeing and airport.”
