“I booked this room after 11 PM. I arrived and there was nobody in the office. I called and texted the number provided and received no answer. I waited approximately half an hour and then contacted Expedia. I’m still waiting to find out if they are willing to refund my money. “With the Gravity Haus being located close to the Winter Park ski mountain, we were extremely disappointed to find out that both HOT TUBS were inoperable during our stay, the bathroom overhead light fixture was unsafe to use since it appeared to be shorting out (flickering like a strobe light), and the property didn't have a SECURED luggage area for our luggage (with being told that check in wasn't until 4pm) and didn't have a vehicle to store it in since we rode the ski-train up from Denver,……
