“The room was mostly clean and the hotel looked great. The area was nice and easy to access. Breakfast was sub-par. Everything looked and tasted like it had been re heated. All of the food was cold. The cheese looked like it had been sitting out for days.”

“It looks as if they are renovating rooms at this time. We had fresh paint and new flooring but the furniture was disintegrating due to water damage. The sheets and towels were washed but they were stained. There was dried gum wadded up on the edge of the night stand. The front desk staff were very polite and friendly though.”

“Rooms are ok and if you're forced to stay in Greenwood it is convenient. Generally there is a bit of a musty aroma, in the rooms, lobby, and restaurants. Hotel staff are pretty much useless as they cannot make any decisions without "management." Of course, management apparently does not work weekends or holidays. So, bottom line, need to stay a night in Greenwood? It works. But want to enjoy a stay and feel remotely pampered? Nope.”

“Stayed at hotel four years ago very nice now outside in terrible condition inside not much better. When I got there waited twenty minutes to check in finally man comes to desk acts like I inconvenienced him to do his job had to ring bell to get him there. When got to room on second floor half floor got plastic blocking it plywood on window on other end. I recommend going to next exit to Hampton inn worth the price”

“When we stayed here in Feb 2026, our room was clean, well-maintained and comfortable. When we stayed this time (May 2026) our room had broken shower amenities, we found dirty clothing, and the general feeling of our room was poorly maintained. The property overall looked clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good. The staff were friendly and helpful. I'm hoping this time our poor room was a blip on the overall experience I have with this hotel chain.”
