The house is well furnished and tons of amenities available. The fenced yard is perfect for your dog! Highly recommend and will stay here again.

Fantastic location near a pond, close to Rec Path and Outlet Mall. Comfortable house with nicely supplied kitchen for a rental. Separate sleeping spaces allow for privacy. Nice fenced-in yard for pet. Very clean and neat although some signs of wear and tear.

Stayed here with a few friends and my dog during the summer off season, perfect home base for hiking and exploring! Easy to get to trailheads. It's a duplex, and the only issue we had was the neighbor working on a home project making noises into late hours. Called Summit County Mtn Retreats to see if they could help and didn't run into any issues after that, they were sympathetic and helpful.

This was a great and simple place to stay with great access to summit county. I appreciated being able to bring my dog and this had the basics that we needed to use as a home base. good and clear communication from the property manager. thanks!

Great property with amazing living space. The lower living space allowed kids to have space to hang out while adults relax in the upstairs living space. Access to pond and walking trail too! The online guidebook for check in was down but the property manager was easy to reach and helpful. Would suggest a dustpan for quick clean ups, and possibly a more comfy couch in the upstairs living area. Overall- great space and would stay again! Thank you!

My friends, partner and I stayed here for 2 nights to ski in the area. The place itself was clean and well furnished with lots of good kitchenware. It was an easy 5 minute drive to 70 to get to the mountains. The place was well insulated and kept warm even around 0. Would definitely visit again!

Great place for a family stay. Three main bedrooms, plus four bunk beds in one additional room. Good location for easy access to all local ski areas. Only issue is the lighting in most bedrooms and the main room is poor and needs upgrade. It was difficult to play a board game at the dining table with two floor lamps that were inadequate.

The size of the duplex was sufficient and the bunkbed area for the kids was fabulous. The only improvements I would say would be a new living room couch as the one there was worn out and to fix the tiling around the fireplace. Otherwise, it was just a really nice location and great place to stay.
