This 3-bedroom, 4-bathroom premium home is big enough to comfortably host groups of up to three who are looking to make Summit County their temporary home. Immerse yourself in the comfort of this thoughtfully designed home and take in the sweeping mountain views each day. Whether it be for a few weeks, or a seasonal rental, Ptarmigan Lookout Retreat offers you and your group the comforts of home in the mountains while serving as a basecamp for all your outdoor adventures.
The main living area creates an atmosphere of luxury featuring vaulted ceilings and panoramic windows helping to create a welcoming and warm environment for all those that visit. The kitchen area features granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and a dining table with seating for six along with a breakfast bar with seating for three. Just off the living room there is a wrap-around deck perfect for taking in the views and enjoying that fresh mountain air along with a dedicated office for those wanting to get some work done. The downstairs features a dedicated entertainment area with large flat-screen Smart TV, wet bar, and walkout patio.
Other amenities include a washer/dryer, complimentary cable and Wi-Fi, and a private garage for two vehicles. And like every Summit Mountain Rentals property, the home comes stocked with plenty of linens, towels, and hotel-like toiletries, and it’s professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. Our helpful staff is also available 24 hours a day to ensure you have everything you need to make your stay with us an unforgettable experience.
