「Freundliche und hilfsbereites Personal, tolles Frühstücksbuffet und super Lage. Es war alles sauber, Zimmer und Bad etwas in die Jahre gekommen, was uns jetzt nicht gestört hat. Ein kleines mango ist die hellhörigkeit wenn manche nachts in die Zimmer stolpern oder im Nebenraum geduscht wird.」

「Che dire, cercavamo un posto dove dormire per una notte dato che ci trovavamo lì per un concerto. Abbiamo scelto Piz Ot perché ci ha colpito dalle immagine e per il prezzo. Non ci aspettavamo di trovare una struttura nuova, moderna, pulita ma soprattutto silenziosa e confortevole. Anche il parcheggio auto gradito subito dietro il palazzo. Che dire, se dovessi mai tornare da quelle parti non avrei dubbi su dove pernotare.」

「I think this is a great place to stay. It's a bit away from the town center, but a bus stops directly in front of the hotel and a slope goes relatively close to the hotel. The staff was super hospitable and the breakfast was well-prepared! Other stuff like a well-equipped ski storage and nice spa area were great too! I think the hotel would benefit from replacing the safes since they were too small to store a tablet or laptop. I didn't like the pillows too much but otherwise the rooms were...

「The good - very unique and quaint location, and convenient (right off main road, ski rental and local minimart across the road and 5 min walk to the gondola). Historic building with lots of interesting local ski history. Rooms are renovated with a nice chic style and were clean. Sauna was a highlight. The not so good - for the price expect much much better service. Check-in was unhelpful and uninspiring at best. Zero property information provided upon check-in, and questions were answered...
