“We left after two nights because this might be the worst hotel in which I have ever stayed. The sink in the bathroom did not drain. When reported to the front desk, we were met with indifference, so two days passed with a backed up sink. The shower was the smallest I have ever encountered - 20 inches by 20 inches (.5 meter x .5 meter). The lukewarm water dribbled out - barely, meaning that it was very difficult to rinse the soap off. The shower was so small that one had to stand in the……

“The breakfast was great with lots of variety. The room was spacious with huge windows, bed was cozy & great pillows. The bathroom was large & always clean. Our only disappointment was that the pool was full but not open to swimming until May and we were there last week in April. We were served drinks by the pool at least. The view from the huge hotel deck was fabulous! Slightly outside Catania's outrageous driving traffic.”

“VERY brief stay to catch early morning flight. Staff very friendly and helpful taking us to an excellent restaurant and taking us to airport at 5 am. English was a slight problem , but we did ok. Rooms were very basic but clean. Very comfortable bed. Located very close to airport in an industrial, but not there for a holiday”

The toiletries were excellent and well packaged. The dishes for the breakfast were charming. The bed and shower were great. It is very quiet. It is truly amazing to find such quality located in a rental car parking lot. But it is totally convenient.”

“This is an oasis of quiet. An old farmhouse, beautifully appointed. They will make dinner and breakfast for you. There is a lovely restaurant-bar area. You can walk a little ways in the woods. There is a pool. It was a relief to spend two nights here away from the cities. The mt etna park is just 23km away. Perfect!”

“Location across the street from a very nice public garden. Good access to the sites and neighborhoods of Catania. Catania exceeded my expectations with friendly staff at the restaurant and bars we visited. We did not have much interaction with staff but that wasn't necessary. They booked a ride to the airport at a fair price. The internal stairway leading up to the rooms was a. it rough, being under renovation.”
