  • This beautiful 2 bedroom - 2 bathroom apartment is located on Simpson bay road with a shared pool and of course it’s right on the most beautiful beach of Sint Maarten. The master bedroom has a king size bed. The second bedroom has a queen size bed. Impeccable 2bed-2bath apartment right on the beach of Simpson Bay. This apartment features a full-size kitchen with all the appliances you might look for. There is also a dining area, living room, and tiled floors throughout. Close to restaurants, activities, shopping, and right on the beach! Whether you are traveling alone, with friends or that special someone, this is the place to stay in St. Maarten.

Our stay was great. The unit is an ideal location, well stocked, and beach and pool are lovely.Our hosts were quick to respond if we had a question.

The rooms were clean and the property is exactly as described. The property itself is beautiful and relaxing. The pool is literally right outside your door, and the beach is just steps away and can be seen and heard without stepping foot off the property. The host is very responsive. We had an issue with the AC in one of the rooms and he was on it right away. The location has plenty of places to eat, drink and shop within walking distance. I would definitely stay here again!
