“The room was clean and we were able to check in a bit early. The location was perfect and close to shopping and dining. The only issue was the no sidewalk to get there. Just be extra careful because you are sharing the road with vehicles. Everyone was accommodating and helpful which was well received. There is only 1 elevator for 5 floors so keep that in mind. I would come back here and stay. We loved SALT and dined here for lunch and breakfast.”

“The place was extremely clean, safe and tranquil.. I honestly have no complaints. Nicco and his family were so welcoming and amazing throughout my stay. The breakfast pastries provided in the morning were absolutely delicious as well. Best sleep ever.💯 One of my favorite parts was that you literally walk out of your room straight onto the beach, which made the experience even more relaxing and beautiful. I will definitely be back! I loved the vibe of the whole area. You do hear the planes……

“This place did not disappoint! We stayed in the jr renovated suite and it was quick walkway to the beach. The beach was gorgeous and next to a few beach clubs. The restaurant had amazing food and great happy hour options. Pool, towels and bikes to used and now far from the main road to get any items. Think the offer airport shuttle but we didn’t use it. My only disappointment would be I didnt bring my speaker cause I thought there would be music playing all day. The dogs and cats are……

“Stayed 8 nights and was happy overall. Rooms are the highlight — spacious, comfortable bed, full kitchen (stove, oven, full-size fridge/freezer), though cooking utensils are limited. Two TVs (unused). Views range from parking lot to ocean — request your preference. Note the resort fee on top of the room rate. Housekeeping is scheduled, not daily: checked in Friday, cleaned Monday, extra days on request. I preferred the lighter touch. Check-in and checkout were easy, staff very friendly.……

“The slowest WiFi I have ever experienced ”

“I didn’t like how close my pent house was to the street. I think it was just a regular suite and there was nothing extraordinary about it. Not as clean as I’d like it to be and the layout was strange as well.”

“The entire villa was clean and well equipped. Toaster, coffee maker, blender, microwave, stove, dishwasher, refrigerator. Kitchen utensils. Comfortable king size bed and full size sofa bed. Stayed in villa 709. Beautiful lanai facing the Simpson Bay Lagoon. What a view!!!!! The hotel is located on the Kim Sha beach. Gorgeous calm beach. Safe on the room. 2 flat TV’s. Only one elevator, but it didn’t bother us. Maybe because May is low season in St Martin. Lot of restaurants, within walking……

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The room was very spacious and the view was superb. Everyone that we spoke with during our stay were very courteous and helpful. The happy hour menu at the pool bar was great as was all of the included amenities. The resort was conveniently located close to the airport and there were many restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance. I would definitely stay here again on our next visit and recommend it others looking to visit Sint Maarten.”
