「The staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was clean with a beautiful view. Pool area is fun and relaxing. They have a slide/jump/dive area that lands you into the bay. Stores and shopping are all around you that are lively and stay up late. Something we didn’t know is rideshare is not allowed to go into Naama Bay. Only taxis can which are more expensive and they overcharge you.」

「The property is beautiful and it’s located in a prime location. The staff are very helpful and the restaurant has some great options. The only downside was the mattress was very firm and not comfortable to sleep in. The wifi was not working anywhere except near the building for reception. The hotel is close to the Basata Cafe - a must go to place.」
