“房間有D年紀，房間需要翻新，工作枱好多好細隻嘅螞蟻，地毯都有幾處污漬，洗手間鏡燈電線外露，牆上冷氣掣時不時有D電流嘅聲音傳出，由於黃昏才入住只係住一晚晨早出機場就算。唔知現在星加坡酒店是否經已唔提供樽裝水，唯有落街買。”

“The staffs are nice, room size is big , my kid can run around. The room was clean , has everything you needed. There are two toilets and bathrooms, super convenient, recommend for family. ”

“交通便利，四通八達，飯店就在mall旁邊，兩條捷運線的入口很近，旁邊還有大型超市，逛街購物吃飯都走路可到。櫃檯人員很親切。下次還想帶家人來住。”

“I received a mail directly from the hotel that I can be upgraded to Urban Room from Breezy Room. However, when I checked into the hotel, the front was not aware of the arrangement and the Urban Rooms were fully occupied that night. I had to stay in Breezy Room for the first night and moved for the following nights. When we informed the front desk on the next morning that we had packed our luggage and ready to move, the front desk staff in our wing had no record and had to check again. Total lack……
