Great budget hotel

Helpful staff at the front desk, reasonable quality, clean, rooms, aircon, a fridge and a convenient location - this hotel is great! You should be aware that the rooms are not the biggest however. My only slight qualm is that the 'do not disturb' signal they provide was ignored, interrupting much needed rest one day. Other than that the place is great though, with daily cleaning, and a refreshment of bottled water.

The reception staff are very attentive all the time and the room and bathroom are very impressive they changed the towels and other toiletries at the request and they have good housekeeping. We travelled from the UK and room 509 is a very quiet window room

It's average good hotel. With good kind staff. This Hotel thought lots about disable guests. If hotel can consider to fix a bidet shower on to right hand side of the commode seat will be very useful.

The hotel is good for a short stay, the rooms are quite small and we had an issue with the bathroom, the water was overflowing everywhere because the shower area isn’t limited from the rest of the bathroom. Overall is a nice and clean place, and 10 min walk from the nearest train station which is very convenient, loads of restaurants and food places around open overnight.

The hotel was in a good location and a good size. The actual rooms were a bit tired and dirty but the cleaning staff were lovely and overall suited our needs. Clean towels, bottled water and tea/coffee refreshed daily.

For a 3 star hotel the staff are so kind and accommodating. The cafe serves a good quick convenient lunch, overall the hotel is above the 3 star rating in my opinion for service and facilities. The room furniture can be wiped down better, it’s dusty, carpets and air conditioning can be better cleaned, as I am asthmatic, I had a slight attack which means it’s dusty, but for usual people, it seem ok.

A budget hotel

After booking I then found many awful reviews but I couldn’t cancel this booking. The hotel was actually clean and staff were helpful. The room was quite small but it was ok for a couple of nights. A deeper clean in the rooms is need ie under the beds. Mattresses are very old but clean and my only recommendation would be to get new mattresses

Fault that can be remedied with this property was black mould in the bathroom which stand out against the white tiles. And ramp for customers being dropped off on the back street as the hotel is on the corner of two very busy streets, and the taxi had to drop us behind the hotel on a quieter street, but getting luggage up the stairs was a hassle.

We had two adjoining rooms, both of which had black mould in the bathrooms. It has clearly been an issue in that room for a while. Broken lights when we checked in. Returned to room at 7pm with one of the kids to find maintenance man there unannounced which gave us a shock, especially given they had our phone numbers. We checked out early due to the mould and uncleanliness and told no refund. I have never experienced such an unclean room
