Clean room, got thorough instructions from the host on check in, with the place being in a convenient location and I believe the pool was heated.

It was close to the beach and close to Blue Heron bridge. The property manager was very kind and helpful. We will stay here again.

Located close to three public use beaches. The place worked out perfectly for us as scuba divers, being only minutes away from where many dive boats are located. We will likely recommend of our dive buddies!

George’s place was in a great location and we were able to walk to everything we wanted to do on Singer Island. The property is quiet and clean and just as advertised. We’re already planning our next trip and plan to stay a little longer next time!

Right across from the beach. AC works great and has a nice little pool. Has a hair dryer and some cooming stuff. Pots and Pans etc. Perfect for a beach weekend.

Great location. Modest property at the right price during a busy Florida season. Friendly, property manager is a sweetheart! Property is in a great location. It is a safe area. Great restaurants within walking distance. My second stay here. I will visit again!

Robin was outstanding to interact with. I would highly recommend staying. Excellent location with the beach across the street, shops and restaurants within walking distance. The apartment is perfect for a couple, very clean with all the needed amenities needed.

Robin was very very nice. She made sure everyone had everything they needed. Just a few adjustments on unit. Cabinets and microwave was built for a giant (too high), front Door drape to block out light could have been changed and was hard to pull to close and open again. Could also use a dresser. Water pressure was great, a/c and pool. Nice and would stay again.

We had a lovely stay. The check in process is easy. The room was very clean and comfortable. Beach access is directly across the street. The bed was comfortable, the shower pressure was strong, and we were able to adjust the temperature to our liking. Overall, I would absolutely stay here again. My only suggestions are to change the led light bulbs to a softer light and consider adding another tv in the bedroom.

AC didn’t work in the second bedroom, someone showed up unannounced to repair AC morning after arrival startling my wife and kids. Toilet leaked into the bathroom floor the entire stay. Shower had visibly not been cleaned and had hair in the drain upon arrival. Dishwasher was full of dirty dishes upon arrival. Several dogs in neighboring units barking all day and night, permanent residents smoking marijuana daily in the courtyard in front of the unit.

Second time we’ve stayed in this unit. Location is perfect, and the unit is as advertised. I would suggest maybe placing some shelving or a dresser in the bedroom so guests don’t have to live out of their suitcase, but other than that we find it absolutely wonderful!

Great place and close to beach

Great small place for my husband and I. Just across the street from the beach and a few blocks from the restaurants/bars on Singer Island. Had everything we needed. The bedroom is a little bright at night due to a street light shining, but not a huge deal. Will definitely plan on booking this place again!

Super nice property manager and very clean. Small, but you’re not in the room much. Free parking! Pool was not heated which would have been nice. Would considerAgain for a long weekend!
