Excellent stay. The property was cleaned and well equipped. Close to everything you need. The pool area is a great addition. Snorkeling at Phil Foster is a must!

Nice house fun backyard and pool

We stayed for a long weekend myself wife 2 grown children and my parents. The home was clean comfortable for our family. We enjoyed spending time in the backyard playing ping pong and swimming in the pool.

I did not stay, my husband and son didn't buy they said the place the glass great! The only thing was they said the hot tub didn't stay hot enough- but he didn't reach out to the host, so I'm sure it would have been easy fix or setting. He likes the lay out and how close it was to the beach and things to do . We will stay again!

Quiet neighborhood in good location. Overall the house was decent, but cleanliness was an issue. All dishes had to be rewashed, bench in the shower was moldy, stains on furniture. We paid extra to get a house with a hot tub but could never get the hot tub to heat up. Dealing with a management company rather than the owner directly led to poor communication and dealing with a customer service person located in California.

Wedding trip

Very nice and spacious house. Only suggestion would be a ceiling fan in the main and one other bedroom. Also could not figure out how to use the hot tub. I got a response from property management but I still couldn’t figure it out.

A Month at Dolphin

Beautiful pool, hot tub and backyard. Nice home and neighborhood. There is no remote for the hot tub/pool so you need to get out of the tub and walk across stones to change temp or turn on/off jets. There are no instructions for anything in the house; pool, tv’s, appliances. A welcome book would be nice. Ad say no pets but previous tenant had dogs. Kitchen not well equipped.
