"Wonderful stay! Seamless check-in and checkout. We booked our stay initially for the Lantern Festival but also visited the Kitchen Kettle Village as suggested by our hosts David and Ester who are both very kind. We were going to visit their farm and buggy ride the following day but we were all tuckered out from exploring and the festival. (It gives us a reason to return!) Instead, we grabbed a bite at the Speckled Hen (which is also kid / family friendly) has cool playground and headed back...

"The kitchen is well-provisioned, with a drip coffee maker and a pod system. The host even supplied multiple coffee pods. The living/dining area has plenty of comfortable seating, and the large-screen TV and internet work just fine. There is a welcome binder that explains how to get to the clothes washer and dryer in the basement. Plenty of restaurant choices within 1 and 2 miles. I look forward to return!"

"This is a very old Victorian style house. It has noisy steam heat; barely working locks (some don't work at all), and sketchy electrical. We booked 2br/2ba, which got us the 2nd and 3rd floors (host lives on the 1st floor). Furnishings are old; kitchens are functional, but that's it. Water pressure was VERY low. The host is an extremely nice guy. He owns a small restaurant nearby that serves really delicious food and AWESOME shakes. The ad says that "off street parking is available". That's...

"The stone, private entrance and room were done so beautifully. Had everything we needed along with old and new incorporated into such a lovely little spot. The attention to details everywhere were the best. Easy check in and check out with great communication. Hope to visit again. If you are looking for something unique with beautiful architecture and attention to detail this is it."
