「We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, just a three-minute walk from the harbor, which made everything very convenient. Despite being so central, it was very quiet and relaxing. The breakfast was excellent, and what really stood out was the outstanding service at the bar. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. The room was clean and well-kept. We can highly recommend this hotel and would definitely come back!」

「The villa is very close to the docks. Which is good for convienience. However, it does mean that you do hear some noise from the docks. Although it is only in the daytime. The team of staff were great. Took very good care of us and couldn't be anymore helpful. The breakfast was good also. Only a couple of improvements that could be added, to make the stay perfect. There was no coils to keep the mosquitos away and there are quite alot. If they lit some coils or incense, then this would...

「The villa was even better than the pictures. The villa was really spacious for our family of four. Having a private pool in our private garden was a bonus. The staff at Rimba villas went out of their way to make our visit special, even recommending local restaurants and things to do. I especially liked that they contacted me ahead of our visit to ask if I had any requests and had our bike rentals already arranged when we arrived. 」

「Great location: the best snorkeling point, near restaurants and everything. But the beach is dirty with leaves and garbage, it 's not comfortable to swim in to. We stayed five nights. It's fresh water shower in weekdays but turn into salt water at weeken. So choose Waterfront if you care about the salt water shower. Nice hotel and nice friendly workers」

「Really friendly staff that were more than happy to help with any information about the island and also organised a taxi for us to take away from having to haggle over prices etc. The free bikes was really handy to get around the island and the pool was amazing to come back to in the evening. The breakfast was yum and the rooms were always cleaned straight after we left so we didn’t get bothered if we wanted to come back and relax by the pool in the afternoon. 「Piccolo resort nella zona più movimentata di Gili Air. Nel complesso resort molto accogliente e ben tenuto. Il punto forte é lo staff, ogni membro dello staff é gentile e disponibile. Un ragazzo dello staff ci ha aiutato con i nostri bagagli portandoceli vicino al porto, davvero gentilissimo. Colazione buona e con diverse possibilità di scelta. Stanza accogliente e pulita.」

Profitez à fond de votre temps sur place. Petit bémol extérieur à l’établissement : ne travaillez pas avec « agent Anto » pour réserver excursion ou billets de fast boat, il n’est pas fiable. 」
