Description: Wonderful four-room apartment completely new and tastefully furnished.

First and last floor of a building.

Large living room with kitchenette and dishwasher, dining table and sofa - master bedroom with double bed and walk-in closet - second bedroom with double bed and ensuite bathroom - main bathroom with tub - two terraces.

Upper floor attic with double bed - sofa - washing machine.

On the ground floor private garden equipped with table and chairs for eating out.

Pets are not allowed.

The price includes:

- rental

- consumption of water, electricity and gas

- 24 hour on-site assistance

- initial and final cleaning
