"I wonder how you consider it as 5 star hotel and the truth is not even 1 star, carpet very dirty, bed condition very old, room and bathroom smells bad, light very low. I fell sorry how ministry of tourism rates this hotel as 5 star, and I am sure they never come again and check the hotel condition. "This hotel should not have a licence to be in the tourism business. Words can't describe the horror I found when I made a mistake and booked this prison cell for a week.
