“The scenery driving to this place was beautiful! So many hill country views and deer! The property itself was very nice and clean, I wish I had more time to spend there! A perfect weekend getaway. About 20 minutes from Kerrville and on a good day about 45 to SA. Perfect location to do a little both antiquing and storefront shopping.”

“My sisters and I wanted a place to stay over the holiday weekend that was still close enough to our homes that we could take care of necessary chores without driving for hours. Micky's and Vicky's place provided that retreat for us. Kitchen and laundry in house made everything easy. The ranch critters were all charming. I'm glad I took a full bag of carrots for all the furry hosts!”

“We booked this for a guy weekend for my son who just graduated high school. Him and his friends enjoyed every moment of it. The grounds had many different activities to do and it was perfect. Lots of places to sit, relax, and take in the view. I loved how we were able to have some people over and just hang out. Definitely worth renting again. The boys had such a wonderful time that they want to book it again for a guys retreat! Sandy and Bob were wonderful! And so were their two precious dogs,……
