2 night stay
Property was very cozy and nice for 6 of us 2 adults 4 teens. Had a nice wood burning fireplace and well stocked kitchen. Sleds in outdoor cabinet which was fun for kids. The bed was firm downstairs and a double size. Beautiful views from window. The lock box was outside in a outdoor closet took some time for us to find that was frustrating. I don’t know if that info was provided but I couldn’t find.

Not idyllic escape
Upon arrival house looked cute from the outside. Had difficulty entering as the key only worked on back door. We found the house not to be adequately cleaned or stocked. Short on TP & laundry pods (only had 3 pods). House was very dusty & lots of dead bugs on sills. Living room was dark with ceiling light not working. Toys on & by deck from possible previous renters. Kitchen counter dirty, downstairs shower dirty. House was definitely cleaner when we left than when we arrived. Vacasa did not follow through with communication.

Not what I expected
Unfortunately was disappointed with my stay not only were the floors dirty when we first arrived but the outside deck was broken and a huge safety concern for my children, exposed nails and broken board. I reached out to to representatives and no one ever followed up with me after multiple attempts.

Cute house
Well equipped kitchen in this very clean house. A little cozy for 6, but very doable. Comfortable beds and well located home.Outside deck in need of replacement but owner and agent aware of it. Excellent communication

BB Getaway
Really liked this house… great layout, comfortably for six people, and all you need for a vacation. Only issue was cleaning person rushed to finish so we found counters not wiped down, dishes in dishwasher not put away, and linens in dryer not put away. We still had a great time. Thanks

Lovely lake view
Enjoyed our week at this little home near Aspen Lake at Black Butte. Nicely updated kitchen and bathrooms. The coffee table, while modern and pretty, is very sharp-edged and jagged --- dangerous for little ones. Also, the green couches have lived a good life and clearly need an upgrade...they were not clean and the springs are shot. Otherwise, we had a good time with family and would stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay. Clean house with all appliances and accessories. Board Games for kids to play with and nice location by a lake. The only thing we were bummed about was lack of communication ahead of time. I had messaged the host or host company 4 separate times inquiring about the property and didn’t have a single response. (Could we check in earlier, was there a port a crib for usage, and better explanation about the fees) no response for any of those questions. We will definitely be back to Black Butte though! It was a blast and full of beauty

Black Butte Ranch House
The property was quite clean, and reasonably furnished. However, there are no window coverings on a number of windows, so at night you could not walk from the bedroom to the bath without being exposed. There were nice size bath towels upstairs, but only small ones downstairs. The kitchen was ill equipped for cooking with one frying pan, no sharp knives, broken scissors, no staples like coffee, tea, sugar, salt, pepper. With a short term rental, typically you'll find enough equipment to have breakfast there, or even do a dinner. The location is terrific, and amenities very nice. We'd just like to have a more useful kitchen. Nevertheless, we had a great stay, and thought you'd appreciate the feedback on the above items. Thank you.
