“To see the 2024 eclipse, celebrate a big birthday and relax and bond with our adult daughters, this was a good place. The owner is communicative and helpful, and we were a good fit as a family looking to have a pretty relaxed time, as opposed to a party. The big couches, kitchen table and deck table on the low deck overlooking the big, rolling lawn helped us relax upon arrival. The bed was very comfortable, great water pressure in the shower and the kitchen well stocked for cooking. Everything was exactly as described and an easy, central location for what we needed. “We came to visit our college kid and picked this spot for the good location. It couldn’t have been better - close to grocery options and plenty of great restaurants. More importantly, access to the college was a breeze. Our kids walked to basketball courts, we walked to the dome for a show and got to dorms by car in under 5 minutes. The house itself is great. Big kitchen, clean space and a fantastic and comfortable living room. Highly recommend for a short stay (convenience) or a longer stay……

“The cottage was perfect for our trip to enjoy the finger lakes region because it was centrally located. Roxanne is a terrific host, easily accessible to answer questions about the area.
