“Excellent location and value”

“stayed here for 1 night room was nice and clean and just what was needed i found the staff a bit offhand not very talkative even though i tried talking to them the exception was the man who booked me in that evening at around 7 pm breakfast was lovely well presented and well cooked ample parking all in all a good stay in a lovely hotel just what i like in an older type building”

“The Chadwick is in a great location and is nice, kitchen is not very well equiped there are lots of empty cupboards. There was tea and coffee but sugar had ran out. On arrival we opened all windows as the place had been heavily sprayed with air freshener which i cant stand and luckily none of us have asthma”

“Room was filthy no staff crack in the sink shower didn't work properly and skirting boards had mould didn't go right with my husband asthma can I have a feed back on the property please”

“Great value property for a night in Scarborough, a tea towel would have been nice but we managed with a towel instead. Would definitely return.”

“The key to door never work so ask to ask staff to let us in tv never worked was put in wrong room too small”

“I booked the hotel because they said the suite we booked had a kitchen, someone emailed me to confirm this and on the payment confirmation it states full kitchen. It did not have a kitchen. It had a fridge in the centre hallway and a double sink in the bathroom. Kettle on the living room and that's it. I had 2, 8 months old with me which made dinner times a struggle and sterilising bottles was awkward as the plug in the sink even when pushed allowed water to drain. The floor was very dirty and……

“Smell of weed through out whole place eveb thou no smoking aloud . Ppl running about the corridors at all hours Terrible shouting and banging from room opposite at all hours of day and night reception informed but dont think anything was dome as it continued. Room needs some tlc mould on roof in bathroom toilet seat falling off and tge toilet basin itself moves away from floor shower needs a good scrub mould all around it caperts need a clean and curtains fitted correctly good for just sleeping……

“Overpriced outdated room badly in need of a revamp. No wifi, so like being in the 90's which is probably the last time the room was decorated. We visited in late August sonot the warmestmonth and the room was very cold. However i can't fault the owners, very nice people who made our stay bearable. ”
