My 2 night stay.
I didnt expect a lot since i read previous comments, but the price of the hotel thats what brings me in. Check in was not a positive experience as I arrived around 20:30 and hotel was closed even when in the ad it was written that reception is open till 23:00. I needed to call the hotel which took while to somebody to respond. Appears that is nobody in the hotel and I needed to wait until someone to arrive. Person who arrived did not speak english and was all the time on phone to somebody who was giving instructions. Apart of it hotel room was basic but clean and all the amenities included in ad was there. So overall it was goid value for the price.
The carpets we’re dirty and the door was hanging of the wall and nail sticking out

It was supposed to be called swan lakes and wasn’t to start with the rooms was shocking my child’s asthma got so bad because of the dirt we asked to move rooms very bad
Was discussing very disappointed. Booked a twin room and ended up with a double bed. The floors were horrible looked like spots of poo that’s been trampled everywhere. As well as this the wardrobe was not Secured to the wall and would easily fall over. Ended up not staying the night.

Extremely filthy. Sticky stains on the carpet, including yellow staining in one corner. Stains and grime on the furniture. Furniture damaged.
Strong smell of cigarette smoke throughout the property.
Nail clippings and other debris on the floor of the room.
Was no reception, the lift was broke,it was filthy dirty everywhere, had to where shoes at all times in our room as the carpets were that dirty, the shower leaked and our toilet didn’t flush so had to be moved to another room which was even worse, although the toilet and shower worked, the bedding and towels were the only things that were clean, there were stains on the walls and the curtains, the bed was practically on the floor.it really was the worst place I’ve ever stayed in.
I went to stay at this place which is not the right name at all its called the leisure hotel. When we got keys for the room it had not seen a cleaned in weeks looked like some one had been sick all over the carpet and just left there there was rubbish still in the toilet bin which wasn't every nice the toilet dint work at all nine of the building had not seen a clear in weeks even the entrance as you go in to reception was dirty and not clean. We dint stay the not and some of the other ppl who was there when we got there left too cos it was disgusting i wouldnt even let my dog stay there it was that bad.
The worst hotel I have ever been too. We ordered a family room as we have a toddler and the carpet was Not clean. Dust and stains everywhere. No staff was at the hotel reception all morning, I had to call up a 0800 number to get details. The lifts were broke so we struggled with the Pushchair and suitcase. The walls are so thin I heard the neighbour snoring and we didn't get any sleep and the doors constantly spam. Do not recommend!
We refused to stay at this accommodation, the room had dead flys all over the bed, stains all over bed and carpet. Cobwebs all over the room. The shower was full of black mould and was not cleaned after someone had used it there was dirty footprints and muck in the shower bottom( not that i would have used it anyway) the toilet was not clean after it had been used not flushed disgusting. I complained to staff who then showed me another room that was as bad as the first so we refused to stay. If i was anybody looking to book avoid this place or book at your own peril not up to standard especially the amount they was charging AVOID!!!
The hotel was the worst i have ever stayed at. I would tell everyone to stay well clear . The room was atrocious coffee stains over the walk wallpaper ripped. The toilet was disgusting
