“Loved this rustic boat house cottage in a quiet bay of Lake Rosseau - shallow water, great for swimming, can catch fish off the dock and comfy beds. Owner is very responsive and friendly - with lots of local knowledge. ”

Our kids were able to catch bass and pike from the dock We brought our own kayaks and paddle boards and went right across the water to the beach which was perfect for swimming. “Great quiet location away from the city. Cute little cottage - enough for a couple. Close to small town of Bala. Only issue was the heat in the living area. Need more heaters and blinds in the living room. ”

“Comfortable. Clean. Hot tub took some time to warm up it once it was warm it was perfect. Coffee, tea and other basics were available in the kitchen and the tv has Netflix and other options to sign in to. Very relaxing”

“Was a fantastic few days at a beautiful spot. Was cozy and rustic as expected and lovely. Stayed in July and the cove had a nice wind tunnel effect and the cottage had windows on both sides which kept a nice breeze. Swimming was great with a soft sandy entry (some leaves but not weedy). Had very quick and detailed responses when any questions came up for the hosts. We had a great time and would come back again without hesitation. ”

“The property and cottage were well maintained and overall we enjoyed our stay. The ad stated that there would be an additional charge for pets without a value. Upon reaching out it was not clarified and ended up being $75 per dog on arrival. It would be appreciated if that was communicated prior. Our initial greetings with the host were rushed and there were errors with the wifi connection effecting our payment. The host persisted that I must use another form of payment while standing outside……
